Two birds of one feather

It was the next morning and Raven felt embarrassed about what happened the night before.

Raven woke up at 6:30 which is her usual time and herself and Robin are always the first awake

She changed into a new leotard and cloak. After she went to the kitchen and saw Robin there.

"Raven? Can we talk for a second?" He said as soon as she walked in

"Sure. I have time" She said as she sat at the kitchen table

Robin then sat across from her "What is going on with you and Beast Boy?" He said as he looked at her curiously

As soon as she heard this she put up her hood "I-I don't know... Everything has changed since I came back from Slade's lair. We're supposed to go somewhere today"

Robin have a light smirk "So like a date? For the both of you?"

"N-No...maybe I have no idea" Raven slightly blushed

"Well listen Raven, I love the idea of the both of you together but if he ever leaves you, I'm always here for you. Our bond is still here and will always be" He said and it made Raven pull down her hood

"Remember Raven? Remember the saying" He said and looked her in the eyes which she did the same

"Two birds of one feather" They said at the same time

"How could I ever forget that? Your like a brother to me Robin and I trust you with my deepest thoughts." She then got up and headed to the cabinet that had herbal tea packets

"Let me help." Robin said and filled up a kettle with water and then placed it on the stove

"Thanks but I can do things like this by myself." She then walked over to the stove and turned it on

"Raven? You trust me correct?"

"Yes. What is it?"

"I want you to know what happened when you where with Slade. I trust you and you trust me but you never said anything about what he did. I need to know" Robin said as he raised his voice but it wasn't full of anger. It had worry

Raven immediately froze at his question and then sighed

"Slade did many things. He wanted me to use my powers so that he could live forever. I was starved and tortured but I was still feed by wintergreen. I'd probably be dead of Wintergreen wasn't there..." She said softly

"I know that something else happened Raven. I can see it in your eyes." He said as he put a hand on her shoulder "I'm worried Raven just please tell me"

"I just can't say. I'm sorry" She then turned away from him

"Hey Hey, it's fine but I need to know in the future" He said

Ravens tea finally finished and she walked to the doorway

She stopped when Robin stopped her

"I'm always here Raven. Two birds of one feather"

"I know Robin" She then turned and walked back to her room
