You Misunderstood (pt. 2) | Saitama

It's been a month since that incident happened.

A month of no conversation.

A month of no eye contact.

A month of no kisses nor hugs.

Whenever you and Saitama would pass each other, the two of you could feel the heavy atmosphere, you would just walk pass by him and he would follow you with his eyes.

Saitama knew he was the one who is at fault, even though he would want to apologize to you, as the moment he would come close to you, you would ran away from him or call Genos out of nowhere and pretend the two of you have something to talk about leaving the poor bald man alone.

"Instead of sulking Sensei, why not try talking to her?" Genos told his sensei as he watched him scratched his head out of frustration.

"I would if I could! But she won't even spare a glance at me!" Saitama groaned as he rested his head on the top of the table.

"Well why not talking to her right now? She's probably in her room doing nothing." Genos sighed.

"I bet you she won't even open the door for me." Saitama said bringing up his face to his palms.

"It won't hurt to try." Saitama eyed Genos before giving out a sigh of defeat. He stood up from his seat and walked over infront of your door.

Saitama looked at the minty green wood infront of him as he gulped, Saitama looked back at Genos who's giving him two thumbs up and a dorky smile before sighing once more as he carefully knocked at your door. As Saitama going to open his mouth you cut him off.

"If that is Genos-kun who's knocking you may come in but if it's the egg head you're prohibited." You shouted making Saitama stepped back from your words before kneeling down in defeat.

"I told you." Saitama sobbed making Genos plopped down on the floor.

Your POV

"[Name] it's safe to go outside." Genos sighed as he noticed me peeking from the crack of my door.

"Hey! I'm not avoiding Saitama! I'm just checking for... uhhh.... bad guys! Yeah! You never know when they'll come!" I made an excuse letting out an awkward laugh before plopping down to the bar stool.

"I didn't said you were avoiding Sensei." Genos said once more making me freeze in my seat before resting my hands on top of the counter.

"Here." Genos brings me my dinner, letting out a small thanks and a smile he nods before getting his dinner as  he take a seat besides me.

"You know that Sensei is really sorry, right?" He said as he took a bite out of his salad.

"I know but, why can't he understand that even though I'm drop dead gorge-"

"[Name]." Genos said in his most serious tone making me uncomfortable in my seat because of his death glares.

"Okay fine, serious. Anyways, my point is, he shouldn't be letting his temper control him as if he knew the whole story. He shouldn't be go running around accusing and hit people like that, I mean, I COULD'VE DIED GENOS-KUN!" Genos looked at me again with his cold eyes before regaining myself again. "Okay that's overly exaggerated but you know what I mean!" I rested my chin on top of my crossed arms as I shifted my gaze somewhere besides him. "I mean, he should've asked me. He should've not jumped to conclusions like that. I love him so much that I can't even think of myself cheating. I mean, as his girlfriend, him not having the trust that I wanted for me is, pretty dissapointing." I said, almost a whisper as I felt a tear roll down my cheeks.
