I went to sleep as soon as Brock left me and the next day I slept for a pretty long time. I didn't even wake on my own, someone was banging on my door.

I groggily got up and trudged to the door, opening it to reveal Brian. I grinned at him and stepped aside so he could come in. I shut the door and flopped back into my bed next to him.

"Hello," I said, propping my head up, still trying to wake up a bit.

"Hi, Sleeping Beauty," he smirked, moving hair out of his face.

"Haha," I said followed by a small chuckle, "In sleeping beauty the hot guy wakes her up by kissing her, you know. Not banging on my door."

"Oh, does he now?" He asked leaning forward a bit, "And in that scenario I'm the hot guy?"

I gave him a look and smiled. He kept my eyes glued to his.

"Perhaps that could be arranged, if you wish," he said seductively.

I didn't say a words, just kept looking into his eyes, and right as he was about to actually lean forward and kiss me, there was another knock on my door.

I blushed lightly and got up to answer it as he sighed and rolled onto his back.

"Come downstairs for breakfast," Lui said right as I opened to door, "There's a thing where you can make waffles and it's amazing."

"They're really good," Mini said behind him with a mouth full of waffle.

"Oh my gosh, yes! We'll be down in a minute," I said.

"We?"

"Oh, yeah. Brian came over this morning. He's in there," I pointed to the bed, "Brian say hello to Lui and Mini!"

"Hello!" he called out.

"Hello!" They both yelled at the same time.

I laughed and told them again that we'd be down in a minute. They waved and walked away. I shook my head, smiling as I went back over to Brian.

He took a piece of my hair and twisted it in between his fingers. "Go out to dinner with me tonight."

"What?"

"Go on a date with me tonight," Brian clarified.

"A date?" I asked.

"Yes," he nodded.

"Why?"

He smiled and rolled his eyes, "Because I obviously have a huge crush on you and I'm hoping you feel the same."

My cheeks heated up and a smile broke out onto my face, "Shut up."

"I'm serious, (Y/N). Please?" He flipped over so he was on top of me. I didn't say anything but I'm sure my heart was beating out of my chest. "I only have two weeks here and I want to spend them like this."

"But what about when you have to go back?"

He tilted his head, "We don't have to worry about that yet."

"But-" I was cut off my him leaning down and kissing me.

"Please?"

"Brian..." I didn't want to hurt his feelings. 

"Hm?" He hummed.

"I don't know... Everything's so complicated with Tyler right now. We're just starting to talk again and I don't want to rub it in his face that I'm single. And also you are his friend you know, isn't that like a guy code?"

He chuckled a bit, "A guy code?"

"I don't know. I just feel like it'd be bad to jump from friend to friend, imagine how I'd look after that."

"We don't have to tell anyone," he caressed my cheek, "It could just be our secret."

"I don't know Brian..." 

"Come on, (Y/N). Be spontaneous with me."

He obviously forgot about the fact the I was a person who liked to think things through. 

"I just... I don't know. I don't feel right about it." In all honestly, I don't think I was ready to move on quite yet.

He sent me a half smile, "Alright, I won't force you, but I really do like you."

I chuckled a little and pushed him off me, "Come on, those waffles are waiting."
