I will update and add more questions/answers as need be. :)

- Is there going to be a sequel?

That is still undetermined, but right now I'm guessing: yes.

-Where is Mitch?

I've gotten this question quite a few times. In the very last chapter it is mentioned that Frank gathers Mitch and puts him in the van before anything else, as well as him being mentioned in the epilogue.

"The first items he got were all of Mitch's things, as well as the cat himself, and brought them all to the two men who were still waiting. The put everything into the back of their black van and resumed their places on the front porch until Frank was ready."

"He undid the strap and opened the book, sitting down on the side of the bed where he could spread everything out in his lap. Mitch was snoozing quietly on the pillow."

-What is on the papers that Frank took with him?

All of Zero's drawings that they did while they were with him and all the writing they did from all those scenes. The writing is basically a diary, and account of everything that happened while they were with Frank, from their point of view. And at the moment I am planning on writing out that entire diary and retelling the story from Zero's perspective. (no this is not the sequel I mentioned, this is another separate thing. there will also be a book of alternate-ending fluffy one shots as a fun side project for when I feel like it ;) )

-What was your inspiration for "Call Me Zero"?

Honestly, at this point I can't even remember.

-Did they ever meet again?

The story is not over yet.

- What happened to Lindsey and Bandit? Will they ever see Zero again?

See above. ^

-What happened to Zeros blue suit?

I went back and edited the second to last chapter right after I read this, because I meant to mention that they were wearing it when they left and it completely skipped my mind. So thank you! :)

-Where did they take Frank? Does he ever talk to Ray again?

They take him back to the facility where he and Zero were taken before, and he isn't allowed to leave due to the fact that he is considered a 'risk' to the public, since he knows the truth about aliens and could potentially reveal everything that happened inside the Bureau. I like to think he was able to keep in contact with Ray, but that would mean Ray would have to be taken in too since he knows the truth as well. I guess we'll have to wait until the sequel to see...

-What exactly does the prologue mean?

Zero stole a spaceship and left their planet, happening to come across Earth and landing there out of curiosity. They wandered through the city and met Lynz, which was described (they become friends, fall in love, etc.) and she ended up accidentally getting pregnant. From what Zero says, they didn't think Lindsey would even be able to get pregnant, seeing that they are two seperate species, so they most likely didn't use a condom or the condom broke. They had Bandit, but after a few years Lindsey realized there was no easy way to explain to a child that their parent was an alien and she was half alien herself, so Lindsey's solution was to just send Zero away (much like their mother) and not have to deal with the issue at all. They returned to their planet for the third time, now with everyone aware of where they had gone and what they were doing since they had been gone for so many years. It was likely they had left a letter explaining before they had left the second time because they had assumed they would never be coming back. Anyway, like Zero said, there were two options: die or have your memories wiped and be banished. They lost all of their memories of their family and everything on Earth (which is why they were so afraid, couldn't speak, and acted like a child - basically needing to relearn everything all over again). They were launched from the Mothership back down to Earth after their memory had been wiped and that was the ship that crashed into Frank's yard (and also why it was only a one passenger ship). So, Zero's crashing into Frank's yard happens very soon after they had left Lindsey, maybe give or take a few months/years due to the fact that space travel takes so long.

Sidenote: Zero's people must at least be capable of traveling at light speed, otherwise their family on Earth would have been dead before they could even get back. They moved very fast.

-What does the epilogue mean? Where is Frank and how is he a doctor?

Like I said, Frank was brought back to the Bureau for life. He had a room there, with all his things. He got himself back together (most likely with the help of the people and doctors there) and ended up working there since there wasn't much else he could do, and he had to earn his keep somehow. As was mentioned, he spent about five years working their and working his way up to becoming a scientist himself. He made his way all the way to the top of the career ladder and took charge of the Bureau.

He created the translator not to help the Bureau, but for the sole purpose of being able to read Zero's final words to him. 'The only thing he had left, and all he needed.'
