Chapter Nine: The Crow Vs. The Sound Ninjas

"Don't you think YOU should be SAYING YOUR PRAYERS!?" One of the sound ninja said. "Heh, you just don't know who you're up against, do you?" Kankuro asked smirking. He took out "The Crow" and then it flew to the air. "What the heck..." One of the sound ninja said while looking up at The Crow.

The Crow turned to the three ninjas and then kunai knives came out of its mouth. It stabbed the three ninjas. "Gotcha." Kankuro said. "Yay! Go Kankuro!" I said as I put my hands up.

Kankuro turned around and looked at me. He gave me a thumbs up. But then, right after everything was fine, the three ninjas that got stabbed, turned into logs. Kankuro looked back at the used-to-be sound ninjas.

"Damn it!" A substitution jutsu!" Temari yelled in frustration. The real ninjas jumped down from a tree behind us. We turned around to see them. "We're not amateurs to fall for a trick like that." One of them said.

"Damn you!" I yelled at them. One of them looked at me with an angry expression and threw a kunai knife at me. I quickly took out my kunai and I threw it at the ninjas kunai. It hit it and then it flew back to the ninja. He dodged it.

"You're not half-bad little girl." The oldest ninja said. "Well I was trained by the Ka-" I was saying until Gaara came and covered my mouth. He came close to my ear and whispered, "We don't want them know that you know the Kazekage, which is me, or else they might question us and try to kidnap you, if they're still alive after this."

Gaara stopped covering my mouth. "Sorry Gaara..." I whispered back. Gaara went back to where he was standing. "What were you going to say? you were trained by who?" The ninja asked me. "Um, um, Ka, Kankuro! yeah! now I remember!" I said as I turned around and walked up to Kankuro. I put my hand on his shoulder. "This guy right here." I said. Kankuro came close to my ear and whispered, "Nice cover up." "I know." I whisper back to him while smiling.

"Kankuro? So you're one of the puppet masters, right?" The ninja asked Kankuro. "That's right." Kankuro answered. "So the puppet master is who trained you? Well, that's a surprise..." The ninja said. "Let me just end this..." Kankuro said. "Sure." I said as I took my hand off his shoulder and backed away.

"Alright...Goodbye." Kankuro said as he got his puppet, Crow. Crow's arm came off and slithered away secretly for a sneak attack later. The ninjas didn't see it.
