(Here's an alternate ending to part one :D)

"Jack." Mark sobbed as he sat next to his dying best friend. "What am I going to do without you? I can't lose another friend. You gotta wake up buddy, you said you had something to tell me when we got home-" Realisation must've got him in the face like a brick, more tears swelling in his eyes and he held Jack's hand. "Y-you.. You loved me.. d-didn't you?"

He remembered the way Jack used to look at him, with that loving glint in his eye whenever he talked to him. The way he would sometimes catch Jack staring at him when he was talking about something he absolutely loved, or when they were watching TV. The small, love filled smile on his face every time they met, not the big childish grin he wore every video. The way he couldn't help but stutter every time Septiplier was mentioned, and how hot his face grew whenever Mark hugged him. How could he have been so blind?

"Why didn't I... Why didn't I notice it? God I'm such an idiot." He buried his face in his hands, crying loudly. "I just... I l-love you too, I just w-wish I could've told the Jack how would've s-smiled like an idiot when I said that..." He forced a weak chuckle, imagining how Jack would've pulled him into a tight hug with the biggest smile on his face, his blue eyes gleaming with happiness.

Mark felt his hand being squeezed slightly after he said those words, the beeps on the heart rate monitor picking up slightly. Had Jack heard him? Mark's head shot up, staring at Jack with hope and tear filled eyes. No, he definitely was not going to lose another friend.

"C'mon Jack. You can do it buddy. I believe in you." His voice was desperate, desperate for the love of his life to wake up and meet his chocolate filled eyes. Was this the end? No it can't be. He's only 25, this can't be the end for him. He's got 8.4 million people out there who need him right now. 8.4 million people praying for his life. He can't leave now. It's not his time to go just yet.

It had been months since Mark last saw Jack smile, heard his thick Irish accent, seen those stunning blue eyes. I don't think he could go another day without those three things. They were like his life support, if they suddenly went away he wouldn't be able to hold on. Mark came to see Jack everyday, hoping to see him wake up on one of those hundreds of visists. Maybe this was the one? It had to be.

A soft, pain filled groan came from the weak Irishman, sending Mark's heart through the hospital ceiling. "Fuck..." Seemed to be the first word to escape Jack's lips. Typical. Mark couldn't help but chuckle at that.

"Sean...?" Mark whispered, hoping that his mind wasn't playing tricks on him.

"Mark..." The green haired man whispered, eyes cracking open slightly, staring back into Mark's dark, sleepless ones. A weak smile pulled at his lips, Mark's heart still soaring above the clouds. "I heard what you said..."

"You... Did?"

"Mhm." He smiled properly now, tears in his eyes, "How did you... How did you know?"

Mark couldn't answer for his voice only cracked whenever he tried to speak, the tears streaming down his cheeks, "I...I-I just k-knew."

"I love you so much."

"I love you too."

~Two years later~

"I'M SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!" Felix squealed, throwing a white bouquet of flowers into the sky as he hugged the new married couple. Everyone laughed at the Swede's reaction, even if it was expected. Jack cleared his throat, pointing to a beautiful girl in a long, red dress behind Felix, a bouquet of white roses in hand.

"Guess who's getting married next?" Jack laughed, Felix's face turning a dark shade of red. "Felix? Do you have something to tell us?"

"Marzia and Felix sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G!" Mark sang, holding his husband's hand in his and swaying them slightly. He had the same grin on his face as he did when he proposed, nervous yet full of joy and hope.

"C'mon bros, this is your wedding not mine!" The man with the Swedish accent whined, walking towards his girlfriend.

Jack sighed, "Sean Fischbach... It sounds so right." He squeezed Mark's hand, a smile on his face as he spoke them words. "I love you, you know that right?"

"More than the stars, I know." He chuckled, quoting the words Jack always said to him, "You've told me many times before."

"And I'll always love you more than the stars, because you shine the brightest out of them all." He pecked his husband's lips, wrapping his arms around him and hugging him like he'd never let go.

"I love you too, princess."

"Not nearly as much as I love you, ya smelly."
