This is a rainy day. A beautifully thundering day. I was gone all week and am greeted with the wonder of rain.

As I sit here, looking at the rain, I was trying to think of a good question to answer. Then, I thought of it.

Why not have you, my readers, ask me a question? I mean, is that not we are to do, get answers? So, here is the plan. Until next Thursday, I will be open to any question pertaining to writing. (No 'are unicorns brown or pink' questions, please. :) You, as well as your question will be published here! If this sounds like a fun way to get in a magazine, well, there you go. Top fifteen questions will be written.

Now, my article. As I interviewed a teen-fiction writer, I decided to discuss Teen Fiction over my ice-cold cola with you all.

It is one of those genres that almost every genre can be written in. There are Fantasy, Sci-fi, Horror etc, that are all based off of teenage characters and life. I was wondeding where does it come from? Why are there so many?

No brainer - because of the audience. It is something the writers and the audience can connect to. They make characters, sometimes like their dreams of themselves, or very opposite to themselves, that other teens can relate to. Or, more often than not, envision being that character.

So although there is a lot of repetitive stories in the teen fiction world, realize that for the truly unique and well written books, there is a place. :)

Today I am visiting @Writing_At_Sunset, and her book, "My Super New Life". She is a cool person, so please read her works. :)

Avis: Welcome to Weekly Question Magazine! My name is Avis. What would you like me to call you?

Valentine: Uhm, you can call me Valentine.

Avis: So, Valentine, how long have you been writing?

Valentine: Since third grade. I progressed morewhen I was in seventh.

Avis: Do you enjoy it?

Valentine: Of course! It is my way of escaping the world. When I start writing random plots I can't seem to stop and can write for hours.

Avis: What made you want to write?

Valentine: Hmm, that is a hard question. Maybe it is my hard past, or the way you can create anything you want. It is a whole other world. When I was in 1st or 2nd grade I created my first book; it was a pokemon adventure I took with my friends. It got printed into a hard cover book!

Avis: Sweet, that pretty cool! What book have you brought today?

Valentine: 'My Super New Life.'

Avis: Sounds rejuvenating. What is it about?

Valentine: Summary: Cloey Stasha had been living a normal life. That is, until she discovered that she was not so normal after all. What will happen, when she is trapped in D.C with people who are chasing her, confusing her, and attracting her? For the whole summer? Well you won't know until you read my book!

Avis: I love the ending. Why are you writing this story?

Valentine: Thanks. I started it as a rewrite of a book I did in 5th grade.

Avis: What is the one thing you want readers to take away from your book?

Valentine:To follow what their heart wants wantsand and stay strong in hard, confusing times.

Avis: Thank you so much for your participation, Valentine. :)

Thanks @Writing_At_Sunset, for the interview!!
