Dying Light (Sans X Reader) (sad)

If I Die...

You and Sans have been together for five years now. You lived together in fact. Snowdin was no foreign place to you. You walked to the local shop and bought a cinnamon bun from the cashier, Loretta.

"Thanks, (y/n)! Come again!" Loretta said as you walked out, holding a brown bag with the cinnamon bun inside. You smiled and waved, walking out the door. You headed back home.

"Hey (y/n)! I thought I would take ya to Waterfall later. Wanna go?" Sans asked. You grinned.

"I'd love to Sans!" You said.

"Go enjoy that cinnabun (y/n) then I'll take ya."

"Okay."

You sat down in the kitchen and ate the cinnamon bun happily. It was so quiet in the home since Papyrus moved in with Mettaton a month prior.

"You ready (y/n)?"

"As ready as ever! Let's go! Can we see the echo flowers near Temmie village please!" You said. He grinned.

"Sure, (y/n). Sure," he said, grabbing your hand. You two teleported to Waterfall in less than a second.

"I guess you love this place, don't you?" Sans asked.

"Almost as much as I love you, Sansy!" You said, pecking his already blue tinted cheek bone.

"Sans?" You asked after finding a seat next to a river.

"Yes, (y/n)?"

"If I die...I want to buried here, in a patch of echo flowers. Thoughts and memories whispered to them so anyone who visits me can hear all the amazing things I did and what people thought of me. But the flower right next to me, will be a message from you. Telling me how much you loved me and how much I loved you. How happy I was with you and vice verse. How lucky of a girl I was to find such a sweet skeleton to be my boyfriend! I also want someone to play the song in a single album on my phone!" You say, kicking your feet off the ledge. Sans stared at you, frowning.

"Well, hopefully that won't be for a long time, (y/n). By the way, you know what day it is, right?"

You giggle, "Yes I do Sans! It's the day we had our first kiss five years ago!" You say.

"Right, but I want this one to be extra special! Let's head back to Snowdin and get ready. We're going to the restaurant in Hotland in a few hours," Sans said, grabbing your hand and teleporting you back to the house.
