tanong ni Pápa.

"I want you to meet Mr. Thomas Alvaro, one of the bidders on our Sta. Barbara project. Siya rin ang biological father ni Miguel, ang anak ni Althea"

Kita sa mga mata nila Pápa ang pagkagulat. Kahit ako, walang idea kung anong ginagawa ni Tommy sa silid na ito. Nilapitan ko si Jade

"Jade, you don't have to do this"

pigil ko

"No Althea, maupo kalang. I will teach this guy a lesson"

Seryoso si Jade. Hinayaan ko sya sa kung anong pinaplano nya at bumalik ako sa pwesto ko.

"Are we going to shift to another construction firm Shobe?"

tanong ni Ahya Gab.

"No Ahya. I want all of you to know that our Sta. Barbara deal is worth 20million, the same price Althea is willing to pay just to save her restaurant and her son"

"Alam naman po natin na bigla nalang sumulpot si Mr. Alvaro para iclaim ang fatherhood nya kay Miguel. What we didn't know that Mr. Alvaro here, blackmails Ms. Guevarra by using Miguel and taking down the bar in exchange of 20million. For the reason our company rejects their proposal and Mr. Alvaro's father had a heart attack "

"Sinungaling! Di mo lang matanggap na may nangyari samin ni Althea at ako ang mas may karapatan kay Miggy"

galit na sabi ni Tommy. Jade just smirked

"I'm not done yet, Mr. Alvaro. Wala mang koneksyon ang personal na buhay ni Ms. Guevarra, ako na ang pumapagitna, bilang VP ng kumpanyang ito. I want their minds to be free from worries coz I want them to function well, kasi yun ang hinihingi ng kumpanya. Plus, you used the company's project for your own sake, thus, compromising the company's reputation. Mr. Ronaldo Javier is the owner of the building where Ms. Guevarra's restaurant is situated and happens to be Mr. Alvaro's uncle. He keeps on sending letter of closure to Ms. Guevarra so she would fall into Mr. Alvaro's plan"

"What are we looking here, Shobe?"

tanong ni Ahya.

"Atty. Batchi Lee here has filed a lawsuit against Mr. Thomas Alvaro and Mr. Ronaldo Javier for threatening Ms. Althea Guevarra"

paliwanag ni Jade habang inaabot ni Batchi ang envelope.

"What the hell are you talking about woman?! You can't file a lawsuit on me"

galit si Tommy.
Jade walked towards Tommy and slammed the envelope in front of him

"I just did. I told you, I'll get even"

Jade with a sarcastic voice.

"Better seek legal advice Mr. Alvaro, as this goes straight to the court. And as for you Mr. Javier, pina survey ko ang building where Ms. Guevarra's restaurant is. It doesn't cost 20million for heaven's sake. I wrote down a check and the contract para bilhin ang building na 'yon"

iniabot ni Batchi ang checke at contract

"11million?!"

Bulalas ni Mr. Javier

"Since 10.2million lang ang halaga ng gusali mo, sasagarin kona. I'm going to buy your building. Not unless gusto mong ituloy ko ang demanda sayo"

wika ni Jade. Sa takot na madamay sa kaso ni Tommy ay agad pumirma sa kontrata si Mr. Javier. Tumawag si Batchi ng Security para palabasin ang magtiyuhin.
