"LILLI GET YOUR HAPPY ASS DOWN HERE NOW!" I groan and get up so I can get dress for work even though work is right downstairs.

"MOM CAN'T I JUST SLEEP IN FOR ANOTHER HOUR OR SO?" I yell back to her.

"NO NOW GET DOWN HERE." She yells and I walk downstairs.

"Good morning mom." I say and hug her, she hugs me back before shooing me away.

"Morning sweetheart." I smile and start brewing the coffee. "Lilli I need you to make some fresh muffins, cookies, and donuts."

"Yes ma'am." I said smiling and saluting two fingers and ran into the kitchen just to smell baked cookies. "Ally?"

"You guessed it girl." I hugged her. Ally has been my best friend/sister/co-worker since I started working here.

"Apparently we are having a big..." I was cut off by my mother running in and looking at me.

"Hi Ally, Lilli get your apron time to serve." I grabbed my apron, put my hair up, and grabbed my order book and walked out noticing we're packed already.

"Welcome to Karma Cafè, I'll be your waitress Lilli." I say smiling at the family. Suddenly a little hand was in my face holding up a 4.

"I'm four today." I smile.

"Well I guess that means you get to have a free ice cream sundae." Her parents look at me shocked.

"Usually the waiters ignore her but...but your not." The parents say and I look at them and laugh softly.

"Well I love kids so much and she's adorable."The little girl smiles at me as I take their order and walk to the kitchen. "Ally we need a small chocolate sundae."

"Okay..." She says and starts making the sundae when I get called back out.

"Lilli you're needed out here." Mom says cutting Ally off. I walk out of the kitchen as soon has I seen the most feared gang leader walk in. I stood there shocked then walked over to where they sat down.

"H..hi I..I'll be your waitress tonight." I say stuttering and they look at me. I try to be as confident as I can.

"Mhm hello." He says and looks me over. I shiver and grip my notepad tighter.

"What can I get you gentlemen?" I ask softly.

Okay so first ever book I've written and I'm really hoping yall like it, don't mind the grammar mistakes and empty plot holes, I'm going through and fixing it.
