•• Hyorin ••
My eyes cracked open to bright sunlight. I didn't recognize the room that I was in and sat up in confusion. "The Block B apartment..." I mumbled with a relieved sigh. "Ugh, what happened?"
"Morning Hyorin," Jaehyo's voice greeted, suddenly breaking the silence. I jumped in surprise and stared at him curiously. "I was actually coming to wake you up. Would you like some breakfast? You must be hungry."
"Uhh... No I'm fine. I should be the one making breakfast for you!" I exclaimed awkwardly.
He laughed with an amused smile and handed me one of the mugs he was holding before taking a seat on the other end of the couch I had slept on. "Don't be silly! We may be pop stars but we make our own food all the time! Now, why don't you tell me what exactly happened yesterday?"
"Hmm?" I mumbled through my coffee. "Oh, I don't actually remember... I guess that I must have caused a lot of trouble as usual, right?"
He laughed good-naturedly before taking another sip of his coffee. "You could say that... We all had to drive about forty miles out of Seoul just to find you and U-Kwon."
"I was with U-Kwon?" I mumbled in surprise.
Jaehyo frowned and felt my forehead and then examined my eyes closely. "U-Kwon didn't drug you, right?"
"I doubt it..."
He sighed and then shook his head in confusion. "I wonder why you can't remember... You really don't remember anything? How you left the bakery and drove out of Seoul and broke down on the side of the road in the middle of the night?" My eyes widened, betraying my inner thoughts and he smirked. "So you do remember."
I gasped and ducked under his hand. "No! I thought it was all a dream!" I told him sincerely. "I really did!" Jaehyo sighed with obvious disbelief and I frowned. "You don't believe me, do you?"
He shook his head and I sighed. "So, what are you going to do now?" he asked me casually.
"I'll probably just... Go home I suppose," I murmured as I finished off the rest of my coffee.
Jaehyo grinned after finished his coffee and then teased, "Right, you have a 'cat' to feed, right?"
I pouted and crossed my arms. "How come none of you believe that I have a cat?"
"Because Kyung never mentioned a cat! Kyung knows pretty much everything about you!" I rolled my eyes with obvious frustration. "He's made it absolutely impossible for you to lie to us. You mad?"
I shot him a glare and he started laughing with an amused smile. "Jaehyo-ah, not everything in life needs to be the truth!"
He raised an eyebrow and pointed out, " It does when you have no option because the person knows too much about you." I frowned and then nodded in agreement. "Alright, do you want a ride home? I mean, we'd be glad to have you shower and do your morning business here, but you'd leave without any clothes or wearing old clothes."
"Uhh... No, I'll walk home..." I mumbled awkwardly.
He raised an eyebrow and shook his head. "Oh no you won't. Not after what U-Kwon told me."
"Eh? What did he tell you?"
He smirked and leaned closer to my ear before whispering, "A story about a girl and an Angel."
"Aigoo!" I complained, pushing him away lightly. "I told him that in confidence! Where is that dirty Kim Yu Kwon?" Jaehyo burst into laughter at my growl and I frowned at him. "Yah! I'm serious!"
