Villanelle sat stiff in her seat, but she looked away from the blonde's eyes.
He had grown over the years, taller, more muscular, and especially more handsome.
She felt her heart skip a beat when he had walked out.
He still had the same effect on her, and her to him.
"Villanelle, look at me, please." Villanelle felt a hand gently touch her chin and turn her head to face him.
She glared at him and George. Draco Malfoy smiled softly at the girl he loved.
It took him years to find out where she was. And now he found her.
He felt his love was even stronger than it ever was, because right now, he really needed her in his arms.
"Come back... we belong together, you know it." He said softly.
"No... we don't. I'm sorry, Draco. I just don't feel the same way about you anymore." Villanelle lied. Ever since Hogwarts and the battle, she became a liar. A liar to life, a liar to her feelings.
She was madly, deeply, in love with Draco, but he deserved better, was all she thought.
Draco shook his head.
"Unbelievable. Even after 4 years. Have you forgotten how much you love my kisses? Here, let me remind you." And he leaned his lips down to meet hers.
She wanted to deny. Act like she hated it. But no, she absolutely enjoyed his soft lips on hers. And the problem with this lie is that she was kissing back. Her hands around Draco's neck and pulling him closer.
She felt him smirk in the kiss and she laughed.
They pulled away after a few seconds to smile at each other.
"Forever, Villa. You can't keep me away."
"Well, I did for 4 years."
"Not really, I sent you letters every year, remember?" Draco winked.
"Yeah, yeah." She sighed and laid her head on his shoulders.
"I missed you so badly." He whispered in her ears seductively. She giggled.
"What if I say I didn't miss you?" She whispered back.
"Then I'll make you miss me." He answered and started walking away, his back to her.
Sometimes, people can't stand watching the ones they love turn their backs to them as they watch the ones they love leave them.
Villanelle was reminded of the 4 years she spent in depression, missing a part of her heart. But then the missing part finally appeared and placed itself like a jigsaw puzzle. Like being electric shocked. Or drowning but getting oxygen in time. She felt alive again.
And she wanted to live. Live fully.
Draco Malfoy immediately turned to see Villanelle Slytherin, the fierce pop singer, shedding her tears and her legs shivering.
"Don't leave me... please?" She was shaking all over.
Draco quickly ran to the girl and pulled her into his chest.
"Never. Never again. I'm not losing you again. Stay with me. Marry me." Draco closed his eyes and rested his chin on her head.
She cried into his chest.
And he smiled.
It was good to be back.
