Clary walked up to the institute doors. Her and Jace had been fighting a lot lately and she felt bad. So she had got him some lunch (Chinese) so they could just spend some time together.
She had been so caught up on her thoughts she walked straight into Alec.
"Oh hi clary" said Alec
"Hi Alec, I'm just going to see Jace" clary replied.
"Okay, I think he's in the weapons room" Alec estimated
"Thanks, bye Alec"
"Bye clary"
Clary stood outside the weapons room when she paused. She could her moaning. She slowly opened the door and what she saw made her want to burst into tears. Jace had a blonde girl on top of him and they were fiercely making out.
Clary ran out the room and Jace just caught a glimpse of her red hair. Jace ran after her. Clary started to make a portal. She didn't know where she should go but she had to go somewhere.
"Clary please, I'm sorry"
Clary turned.
" Valentine was right to love is to destroy" and with that she jumped into the portal. Her last image before blacking out was of Jace crumbling down against the wall.
