Chapter 68

alison pov

after the interview emily said she had to go to the studio.

and she was legit this time.

i dialed kendall and went to a cvs.

i went in and went to a bathroom to put on a sweatshirt and dark sunglasses.

i put a hood over my hair and walked out.

"alison?" kendall whispered.

i grabbed her and yanked her into the bathroom.

"put this on." i said and handed her a red wig and dark glasses.

she raised her eyebrow, "what is going on with you?"

"just do what i say please." i begged her.

she groaned and put it on.

"you look good as a ginge." i said and smirked.

"okay can you tell me what the hell is going on now 007?"

i sighed, "we need to get a pregnancy test."

her eyes widened, "a WHAT?!"

i put my hand over her mouth.

"please don't tell anyone yet. emily doesn't know. i just...last night...we weren't protected." i said and my body shook nervously.

kendall licked my hand and i groaned and rubbed it on her arm.

"and you think you'll be able to find out the next day?"

i sighed, "i don't know. it's possible?"

"yeah right. look. take a test. see what happens. if it's negative, then you have to try again in a week or 2, alright? it may not be able to tell yet." kendall said and i nodded, "got it."

we walked out and kendall grabbed 6 and we bought them and left as quick as possible.

"why did we take 6 again?" i asked as we got in my car.

"where's your car?" i asked.

"i didn't take one. cara dropped me off. you said to be discreet." she said and i nodded, "good."

i drove back to my house and kendall handed me a test.

"good luck."

i walked into the bathroom and peed on the stupid stick and waited.

"can i come in?" kendall asked.

i took a deep breath.

"yes." i said and she entered.

"you okay alz?"

i gulped, "yeah just um...what if emily freaks out? if i am? or what if i'm not a good mom? or i mess everything up!" i started panicking and kendall smiled, "you'll be fine. listen. emily loves you. okay? she wouldn't leave you. especially not after just getting you back. and as for the mom thing? i have seen you with kids before alison. you babysat north a million times for kim and mas for kourt. you'd make an amazing mother. trust me."

a beep went off and i took a deep breath.

"it's too early though right? it's rare to find out the very next day." i said, doubting it'd be positive.

kendall looked at the test and pursed her lips together.

"what? what does it say?"

she cleared her throat.

"uh...it says this." she showed me and there it was.

a little green plus symbol.

my heart froze in my chest.
