Superman by esthetiques is the second entry.
This story was amazing! This story hit hard and fast, and was beautifully done. The idea of a kid wanting to be superman and growing up to 'fly' was so moving.
The only thing I would change is the part about the 'princess he never got to save'. In my opinion, an extra sentence on her would add so much, and explain why he decided to go onto the rooftop.
