Tony didn't have anything to do so he decided to, finally, try to figure out how to get Loki back to his normal age. It's 11:00 a.m. and Tony had just woken up. He gets up and walks out of his room. He passes Bruce in the hallway.
"Where's Loki?" Tony asks.
"In the living room. What did you finally decide to actually get something done?" Bruce asks, Tony just grumbles and goes to the living room.
Tony walks into the living room to see Loki reading a book. Loki looks up when he walks in.
"Are you tired?" Loki asks.
"No I'm wide awake. Yes I'm tired." Tony says. Loki turns, grabs his glass of water, and throws it at Tony. "Gaah! That's cold! What was that for?!"
"Clint said if anyone looked tired, throw water on them and they'll wake up." Loki says
"Remind me to kill Clint. Come on." Tony says. Loki gets up and follows Tony to his lab.
"What are we doing?" Loki asks.
"I'm going to run some test on you." Tony says.
"Oh no, I don't want to be tested on!" Loki says, he turns around and stats to run back out the door. Tony just reaches out his arm, catches Loki, and picks him up. "Let me go! Let me go!"
"OK so I'll start the test in here, Bruce, you try to keep Thor away so he doesn't flip out." Tony says.
"Oh great, give me the hard part." Bruce says as he leaves the room.
Tony takes Loki over and puts him down on a lab table. Loki crosses his arm and glares. Tony just rolls his eyes and starts to run some test. He grabs a needle and turns to Loki. Loki looks at the needle and then back at Tony.
"Just hold still it won't hurt." Tony says as he put the needle in Loki's arm.
"You're a liar. That hurt." Loki says, even though it didn't hurt him that much.
"Don't call people liars." Tony says.
"I do what I want. You're not the boss of me." Loki says.
"Right now I am, I'm an adult and you're a kid." Tony says, he continues to draw Loki's blood.
"I don't like this you better stop." Loki says.
"Oh I'm sooooo scared. What are you gonna do?" Tony asks.
"I'll call Thor." Loki warns.
"You will not."
"Yes I will."
"Will not."
"Will too."
"Will not."
"Will too!"
"Will not!"
"Fine then you asked for it." Loki says, then he screams at the top of his lungs. "Thor! Thor help! Tony's hurting me!"
Tony waits for a second, nothing happens.
"See that did you nothing. He probably can't even hear you." Tony says, Loki glares.
"Tony! Put on the suit! Put on the suit now!" Bruce yells for the hallway.
"Wha-" Tony starts. Out of no where, Thor shows up and punches Tony, Tony falls to the ground. Loki smirks.
"What are you doing to my brother?!" Thor asks.
"Dang it Thor, that hurt! Gaah!" Tony says from the ground, rubbing his arm.
"What are you doing to my brother?!" Thor asks again.
"Gosh Thor I didn't do anything. I was running some test." Tony says. "Would ya help me up?"
"Oh." Thor says. He reaches out his hand. Tony takes it and Thor pulls him up, hard.
"Thor I said help me up, not throw me across the room!" Tony says.
"Sorry. But why did Loki call me saying you were hurting him?" Thor asks.
"I stuck him with a needle. He was acting like a baby." Tony says.
"Was not!" Loki says.
"Was too!" Tony says.
"Was not!"
"Was too!"
"Was not!"
"Was too!"
"Was not!"
"Enough!" Thor yells. "Now who was acting like a baby? It sounds like both of you were."
"But Thor! He was!" Tony and Loki yell in unison. They look at each other.
"Whatever, both of you, get out of my lab so I can work." Tony says, rushing Thor and Loki out the door. "Bruce! You are supposed to be in here helping!"
"I'm coming. I'm coming." Bruce says, he walks into the lab. Tony is still rubing his arm. "I told you to put on the suit."
"Shut up Banner." Tony says, Bruce just laughs at him.
10 Hours Later
Everyone is in the living room watching the News when Tony and Bruce finally come out of the lab. Tony has a worried look on his face. Everyone looks up.
"Uh, is Loki in bed?" Tony asks.
"Yeah." Natasha says. "Why?"
"I don't want him to hear this." Tony says, he rubs the back of his neck. "Um, I, uh, well, it's just, uh."
"Spit it out." Clint says.
"Well we ran the tests and it turns out I might have put this off a little too long." Tony says.
"What do you mean?" Steve asks.
"Uh, we only have until Friday to find a cure for this. And if we don't, L-Loki will-Loki will." Tony starts to studder.
"My brother will what Stark?" Thor asks.
"He will deage until he is nothing. Until it's like he was never born." Tony says.
"What?!" Everyone yells in unison.
"Tony, you said we have until Friday. It's Wednesday Tony!" Natasha yells.
"You are saying that if you do not find a cure, my brother will die?" Thor asks.
"Not die, deage until he no longer exists." Tony says.
"That doesn't make it better Tony." Bruce says.
"I can not believe this." Thor says. "Can you find a cure?"
"I'm trying, really. I just hope we won't be to late." Tony says.
Loki stands in the hallway, listening to every word they say. He slides down the wall until he is sitting on the floor. He hugs his knees to his chest and cries silently.
