IT IS THE LAST DAY OF 2015. WHAT!!??? HOWWWW??!?!?
Updates:
~I am binding and happy right now! I don't have a *professional* binder yet but I think my method is safe enough. I'm wearing a sports bra (I hate the word bra. Ew) with a camisole over it. The camisole is folded a couple of times to make my chest as flat as possible. And I've got a baggy sweatshirt, so that helps. I bind as often as I can and I'm surprised my mom hasn't noticed yet. She hasn't taken me shopping for...uh, undergarments since seventh grade, and she can't think I haven't grown since then! But I'm glad she hasn't confronted me yet. I hate clothes shopping, especially for such items as these.
~I've started working out again. Not really on a program like my mom is, just push-ups until I'm tired, then sit-ups until I'm tired, then squats until I'm tired. I'll try to do this at least every other day so I can slim down a bit.
~I changed my YouTube profile picture a while ago from a picture of me to something that is not a picture of me (sorry, I can't give out too much personal info) and have since been gendered as a man in the comments several times. And I loved it. I mean, being called a "he" isn't completely comfortable, but it's definitely better than "she".
~I'm still trying to think of names, but so far El is my favorite. The best part is that if I wanted, I could start introducing myself as El right now and say it's short for my middle name. Going by your middle name isn't too bad at all.
~My new friend "Skylar" (not really Skylar) calls me by my ambiguous nickname that I really like. I'm not gonna tell you the nickname because it will give away my last name and that's not cool, but a lot of my friends call me this nickname, and I love that because my birth name feels much too feminine to me.
~I've decided to dye my hair! Next time I get it trimmed I'll probably do it. It's going to be a dark lavender like in the multimedia. I'm gonna love it, I can feel it.
