CHAPTER 3
"What is the answer to this question?"
No one raised their hands. Does Mr.Estabon seriously think anyone knows? "Kelsey you answer," he asked once he realized no one was gonna raise their hand any time soon. The only person with his hand up was Cole, the louder twin.
"I didn't raise my hand!" I complained.
"I don't really care, answer the question."
Fine then if he wants to play that way. "Mars" The class erupted in giggles, which mad Mr.Estabon mad.
"I see you've got jokes" praised Cole, who sat beside her.
I smiled back, trying to act normal and not show how excited I was he spoke to me "What can I say? It comes with the package." I said with a smirk
Once id walked into class I saw Cole, one of the Whitlock boys, sitting in the back with a empty chair next to him, so I gladly took it. Trying to get to know him. I got a couple stares and gasps from the girls but it's not my fault they were too scared to take the seat.
"That's a package I'd like to see," he winked at me with a smirk
"Yeah well, I don't think you can handle it" I teased. Then the bell rang, freakin great it rings once we start talking. But Cole keeps the conversation going even after.
"Try me," he challenged.
I could see girl stalling to try to walk near cole.
"We'll see about that....." I placed a finger on my chin, as if considering his reply. He smiled his eyes sparkly.
"Cole!" called a voice from the door.
It was Cole's twin, chase-the layed back one.
Coles head snapped to where chase was standing and he walked off. My plan worked I got one of the Whitlock boys attention but only to have it end as fast as it started
I could see Madison walking towards me in the hall way, with a huge smile.
"Guess what!?"
"What?" I asked, wondering what Madison was all excited about.
"I was standing at my locker minding my own business when I look up and Luke looks at me and he-winks! Kelsey he winked at me!" Madison's smile just grew even bigger as she told me what happened.
"Unbelievable!" I say in a sarcastic voice to Madison hopefully she'll catch my sarcasm
"True story!" Madison responds Jumping up and down the hallway.
We were getting stares because of Madison's jumping but whatever, I didn't really care. I could spot the Whitlock boys from a distance is wouldn't be long until they noticed Madison's jumping....
"I'm glad to hear your news! But of course I have to get going, wouldn't want to be late to class you know," I said trying to come up with an excuse.
"Oh um yeah sure.....See you later kel's"
I had a class with hunter next. I walked into world history but then I realized my mistake I got to class too early hunter wasn't here yet so I didn't know where to sit so I could talk to him, and course I was too dumb to remember where he sat yesterday. So I took a guess and sat right smack in the middle. All the girls were fitting their hair re-touching there makeup. Geez what ever happen to inner beauty. As I sat there I thought about the other night, why had I called that wolf hunter, out of all names! I just had to say hunter.
I lost my train of thought as hunter walked into the room all the girls scattered to their desk, yet making sure not to have a single hair out of place.
