Being popular is a hard job, keeping up with the latest trends, the hottest boys and the biggest parties. It all gets to be too much, the constant pressure of being perfect, someone I know I'm not. People here think I'm some sort of goddess with such grace, I can't blame them. I'm the top student at Scarlet View academy, I have lettered in every sport I've played and to top that I have won every MVP award the school offers. Not to mention the perfect picture frame family, my life seems great right?
What if I told you my LOADED step father beats me everyday, my mom knows but she doesn't want to leave because she grew accustomed to living the high life and it would selfish of me to ruin everyone else happiness because of my sadness.
