Yamamoto was browsing the internet on his computer on one of his day-off when he founded the quote accidently.
When he read it, he was instantly reminded of Tsuna. Tsuna always knew how to tell the differences between his real smile and his fake ones. No matter how many times it fooled other people, Tsuna would always know whether it's fake or not.
Not only Tsuna, Gokudera could also tell the differences with just a glance. As the number of their Famiglia members started to grow, the number of people who noticed his fake smiles also grew.
Now, all of his close friends and people that he considered as family could tell if he's faking his smile or not. Plus, whenever his closest friends or people noticed his fake smile, especially Tsuna, they will scold him for doing it.
And honestly, he doesn't mind it one bit.
