We were looking at Amy, trying to get her to wake up when Rory spoke.
"Doctor." We looked and saw that Prisoner Zero had transformed into a gangly man with a ripped shirt and floppy hair. The Doctor scoffed.
"Well, that's rubbish. Who's that supposed to be?" Rory and I looked at him.
"It's you." The Doctor looked at Rory and I in surprise.
"Me? Is that what I look like?" I looked at him, just as confused as Rory.
"You don't know?" The Doctor shrugged.
"Busy day. Why me, though? You're linked with her. Why are you copying me?"
"I'm not." Came a scottish, child like voice. Then a little girl wearing a white nightie and a red jacket with red hair came from behind the duplicate of the Doctor, holding his hand.
"Doctor, whp is that?" I asked. "Who is he duplicating?"
"Amelia." He simply said. "That's the little girl I wanted you to meet."
"Poor Amy Pond." Prisoner Zero said. "Still such a child inside. Dreaming of the magic Doctor she knows will return to save her. What a disappointment you've been." The Doctor snapped his fingers.
"No, she's dreaming about me because she can hear me." He crouched down and leaned in to whisper in her ear. "Amy, don't just hear me, listen. Remember the room, the room in your house you couldn't see. Remember you went inside. I tried to stop, but you did. You went in the room. You went inside. Amy, dream about what you saw, but leave Airiana out of it." Prisoner Zero became scared.
"No. No. No!" She screamed. Then she transformed into that horrible thing Amy and I had seen in the room. It'd happen only twenty minures ago, but it seemed like years. The Doctor grinned.
"Well done, Prisoner Zero. A perfect impersonation of yourself." Then the Atraxi's voice rang out.
"Prisoner Zero is located. Prisoner Zero is restrained." Prisoner Zero looked right at the Doctor and I.
"Silence, Doctor and Air. Silence will fall." What? Prisoner Zero disappeaes in a rush of wind when I was about to ask him about what he meant. What did he mean by the silence? And how did it know my name? Meanwhile, Rory began to babble again.
"The sun. It's back to normal, right? That's, that's good, yeah? That means it's over." Then Amy woke up and he turned his attention towards her, as did I.
"Amy. Are you okay? Are you with us?" I gave her a quick medical check that Owen taught me. No lumps, no bumps, maybe a bruise.
"What happened?" She asked us. Rory gestured to the Doctor, who was playing about on Rory's mobile.
"He did it. The Doctor did it."
"No, I didn't." I looked over his shoulder to see what he was doing.
"Oh gods." Rory and Amy stood up.
"What are you doing?" Rory asked.
"Tracking the signal back. Sorry in advance." The Doctor said.
"About what?" Rory asked suspicously. I answered for the Doctor.
"The bill. He's phoning the Atraxi."
"Oi, I didn't say you could go! Article fifty seven of the Shadow Proclamation. This is a fully established level five planet, and you were going to burn it? What? Did you think no-one was watching? You lot, back here, now." Then he hung up and turned to us. "Okay, now I've done it." Rory now looked like he was upset.
"Did he just bring them back? Did he just save the world from aliens and then bring all the aliens back again?" The Doctor paid no attentio to Rory's babbling.
'Where are you going?" Amy demanded.
"The roof. No, hang on." The Doctor stopped and went through a different door where he dug through a load of lockers.
"What's in here?" Amy asked. The Doctor sighed.
"I'm saving the world - I need a decent shirt. To hell with the raggedy. Time to put on a show." He said as he began taking his clothes off. Meanwhile, Rory still hadn't figured out that no was listening to him.
"You just summoned aliens back to Earth. Actual aliens, deadly aliens, aliens of death, and now you're taking your clothes off. Amy, Airiana, he's taking his clothes off." The Doctor snickered as he whipped off his shirt and trousers. I covered my eyes, but kept peeking through my fingers.
"Turn your back if it embarrasses you." The Doctor told him. Rory turned his back, but kept speaking.
"Are you stealing clothes now? Those clothes belong to people, you know." Then he looked at Amy and I watching the Doctor undress and redress "Are you not going to turn your backs?" He asked us. We lookdd at each other and I put my hands down as shs crossed her arms, us smiling at each other.
"Nope." We said in unison. Soon, the Doctor ws adorned in nice new trousers, a new shirt and severzl ties draped around his neck, a coat that matched his trousers ocer his shoulder, which he dropped on the ground when we reached the roof, where the Atraxi was hovering. Amy still didn't like this plan.
"So this was a good idea, was it? They were leaving." The Doctor scoffed.
"Leaving is good. Never coming back is better. Come on, then! The Doctor will see you now." The eyeball dropped onto the roof and scanned the Doctor.
"You are not of this world." It said.
"No, but I've put a lot of work into it." He said looking at his selection of ties. "Oh, hmm, I don't know. What do you think?" The Atraxi ignored the question.
"Is this world important?" It asked. The Doctor looked at the Atraxi like it was mad,
"Important? What's that mean, important? Six billion people live here. Is that important? Here's a better question. Is this world a threat to the Atraxi? Well, come on. You're monitoring the whole planet. Is this world a threat?" I watched as the Atraxi showed a projection of Earth's history.
"Are the peoples of this world guilty of any crime by the laws of the Atraxi?" The Doctor asked smartly.
"No." The Doctor readied himself.
"Okay. One more. Just one. Is this world protected? Because you're not the first lot to come here. Oh, there have been so many." I saw a prjection of so many strange and dangerous aliens. It was amazing! Had the Doctor honestly fought them? "And what you've got to ask is, what happened to them?" Then there was a projection of a bunch of different men, including the two men I had seen in Dad's files. Then the Doctor walked right through the projection, wearing the jacket and a red bowtie. "Hello. I'm the Doctor. Basically, run." Tthe Atraxi's eyeball zoomed back to the ship and ship left as fat as its engines could carry it. The Doctor pulled a key out of his pocket. It glowed and I knew it was to the tardis. As we walked down the stairs, Amy asking a billion questions.
"Is that it? Is that them gone for good? Who were they?" The Doctor and I looked at each other, and grinned. Then he grabbed my hand and we raced out of the hospital where we found the tarids waiting for ua.
"Okay, what have you got for me this time?" He opened the door and there was the tardis, gleaming and lights flashing. The Doctor seemed impressed as he went over and started it up, I shutting the door behind me,
"Look at you. Oh, you sexy thing! Look at you." He said cooing at the tardis. I laughed at him.
"Doctor calm down! Its a machine, it can't respond." He went up to me smiling and engulfed me in a hug. Then he backed up and patted my shoulders.
"Well, you, young, lovely thing!" He said, emphasizing the nonuse of the word sexy. "I've got two presents for you!" Then henhanded me a key.
"Whats this for?" I askd him. He grinned even bigger.
"Its a key to the tardis. You earned it." He told me. "And now, for this." He reached into his pocket and pulled out, my sonic screwdriver! I gasped and took it from him.
"How did you get it?" I asked incredulously. He laughed.
"Found it on the Tyswift ship! It was lying next to the gurney!"he said. Then he ran to the controls and started fiddling with them.
"Now hold on! We're taking a round trip to pick up Amy!"
