The Maze had stolen them from the life they never had; a desperate plea for survival falling from their lips with teeth bared to the artificial sky. They ran from dawn till dusk, always searching for a way to escape the horrors that tormented them. A life of monotony and helpless sighs, filled with empty promises and tortured souls. Her arrival shook the foundations of the carefully cultivated design they constructed. She was the doomed prophetess, cursed by the gods to suffer the fate of sorrow.
