The Airplane Crash Conspiracies

These are just recent crashes and yet they have generated several conspiracy theories.

The most discussed crash is Malaysian flight MH370. This plane disappeared on March 8, 2014 with 227 passengers. This is not the only plane crash to generate conspiracy theories. A notable case was that of Trans World Airlines Flight 800, which crashed on July 17, 1996 off the coast of East Moriches with 239 passengers. The officials claimed that it caused by a fuel tank explosion, but many people thought that it was shot down, a fact that the U.S. Government covered up. Another was Aeroline Italia Flight 870, which crashed in 1980 not the Tyrrhenian Sea. The theorists claimed that terrorists brought down this plane, a fact that was covered up the Italian government.

The Malaysian crash is especially mysterious because only a few pieces of the plane have been recovered, none of which reveals what actually happened. The wreckage was found on the bottom of the South Indian Ocean. The Boeing 777 airliner is a plane with a good safety record. It was flying in good weather. The only conclusion is that the plane was deliberately crashed into the ocean as an act of suicide.

But, a bunch of conspiracy theories have emerged.

One is that the passengers were kidnapped. This is based on the fact that surviving family members have claimed to have heard ringtones when they tried to call their loved ones, indicating that the phones were still on.
The flight was sucked through a portal. Everyone knows that mysterious forces controlled by aliens suck up planes and boats.

The plane was predestined to be lost based on numerical coincidences. Flight 370 disappeared on 3/7 while traveling 3,700 km at 37,000 feet. Luigi Maraldi, the individual whose passport was stolen was passenger 37.
The North Koreans hijacked the plane and flew it to Pyongyang. Why not, Kim Jong-un is crazy enough.

The Illuminati control vortex energy points on the earth's surface and this is how they downed the plane. Why?

The military accidently shot it down. Why not; they're idiots!

Rapper Pitbull's lyrics suggested that it would happen two years previous. He just got lucky.

The U.S. military forced the plane to land on a secret base on the remote island of Diego Garcia. For what purpose?

The Russians claim the plane was hijacked and flown to Afghanistan where the crew and passengers are being held captive.

A blogger suggested that Flight MH370 flew behind a Singapore Airlines Flight 68 through India and Afghanistan airspace.. That could have happened but the planes would have to have been within 3,300 feet of each other. That sounds dangerous.

Of course, we had to have it abducted by aliens. It's our favorite conspiracy theory.

The consensus is that the pilot was determined to commit suicide and deliberately crashed this flight into the sea, taking the passengers with him, much like the Germanwings pilot, Andreas Lubitz, did.
