On the side is Rain's dress, well the closest that I could find with my description---->>>>>
Sun streamed through my window the next morning as I woke up from the best sleep I have gotten since came here as I snuggled deeper into my covers, not ready to get up anytime soon.
But wait how did I get in my room?
I wondered as I looked at the rose that Cam had given me the night before across from me on my desk as I smiled to myself.
What happened last night?
I know I was really tired last night. All I remember before going to sleep was talking about some childhood memory, yawning and then leaning on Cam's chest falling asleep to his beating heartbeat.
I faintly remembered him kissing my forehead like he has always does. I would have to ask him about what happened later on today.
But right now I really need to get up and stop acting like a bum and get ready for school.
Time to turn up some music to get me up. I found the remote that controlled my iPod, clicked Shuffle and The Way by Ariana Grande ft. Mac Miller started to play.
Pulling my covers and finally getting out of bed, I got up quickly sent Cam a good morning text and continued singing. I
went to my walk-in closet choosing some high waisted navy shorts with gold buttons, a sheer red and white top that I could tuck in the front choosing some gold accessories and my gold sneakers.
After 15 minutes of stepping from my shower, I was slipping my shoes on, humming while making my way downstairs. I was surprised to see my dad in the kitchen reading the newspaper.
"Good Morning, Daddy. You're up early," I greeted surprised as I got a PopTart out the cabinet, closing the cabinet door.
"Good Morning, sweetheart," as he flipped the page. "I had a talk with that guy of yours last night." He stated as he proceeded to get up, kissing me on my forehead.
"Wait, he's not mine," I started to say then realizing what he really meant, "and what- Dad, please tell me you didn't scare him off." I cringed a little inside, knowing the lengths my Dad would go.
I love my dad; he was good at scaring people especially guys. I don't think any guy has gotten my dad's approval and I give big props to a guy that passes his test.
"Maybe I did, maybe I didn't," he told me walking over to my Mom who had just walked into the kitchen, kissing her.
More like making out with her like they were love-struck teenagers.
"Okay, okay. I'm leaving." I yelled quickly walking out of the kitchen, grabbing a bottle of water.
