Chapter 6 Babysitting and a 'Double' Date

    "Wake up honey!" My mom was yelling at me while knocking on my bedroom door.

    "Ughhhhh! It is Saturday morning why do I have to wake up!?" I yelled back to her half asleep.

    "You have to babysit Mrs. Lane's children." Mrs. Lane is our next door neighbor. She is really sweet and she has two kids that mom usually babysits on Saturdays. She has a 2 year old boy and an 8 year old daughter.

    "WHAT?!" My mom never told me this.

    "I told you that last Tuesday. Now wake up they will be here in 15 minutes!" Oops I guess she did tell me.

    "Okay, okay I will go get ready." I said while I unlocked my door.

    "Okay, thanks Addi. Well I gotta go, I have a doctors appointment at 10:00. I will be back at 12:30. I made sandwiches, I bought juice boxes, and in the refrigerator is some apple sauce and oranges." My mom rushed in and kissed me on the forehead and running out the door.

    I yelled goodbye and ran into the bath room to take a shower. As the warm water ran down my soapy body, I couldn't help but think about Aiden and Marcus. Ugh! Why can't I be like a normal teen werewolf!? What did I do to deserve all this stress!?

*******14 minutes later*******

    I just finished getting dressed and I decided to just let my hair curl naturally. I ran down the stairs with 5 seconds to spare. Just as I reached the last stepped the door bell rang. When I opened the the door there stood 8 year old Megan. Her mom was getting 2 year old Max out of the car while scrambling to find his little inhaler. I feel so bad for Max he gets Asthma attacks everyday, it is heart breaking to see the little guy suffering. Mrs. Lane brought her kids inside, kissed them goodbye, waved goodbye to me, and rushed out the door. I turned around to see Max chewing on his knuckles and Megan braiding her hair.

    "Soooo....do you guys wanna watch some Disney Channel or something?" I asked them.

    "Wes pwease, Addi"

    "Yeah sure!" They both said at the same time. How cute! I turned the TV on to Disney Channel. Megan Climbed onto the couch and I lifted Max right next to her.

    "Are you guys hungry?"

    Megan said no, but Max said he was thirsty so I gave him his milk formula. I quickly ran upstairs to get something to entertain them. I got some old coloring books and crayons, my old DS, and some stuffed animals. I also brought my laptop to entertain myself. When I got downstairs they were still watching TV, but Max was squirming a little bit. I picked him up and laid him down on the leather couch. I got his diaper bag and quickly changed his dirty diaper. After about 2 hours of coloring, putting on little plays with the stuffed animals, and 3 episodes of the Little Einsteins, we finally went into the kitchen to get some lunch. Megan and I ate sandwiches, orange slices and drank juice boxes while I fed Max some apple sauce. We were in the middle of eating when mom walked threw the door. I could tell she was a little flustered, so I told mom that I would watch them for the remaining 3 hours while she takes a nap. She agreed without hesitation and went to her room to take a nap.

*******4 hours later*******

    Mom let me keep the $50 that Mrs. Lane paid even though I tried to refuse. Afterwards We picked out an outfit for me to wear on my date. It was a creme colored one strapped dress that reached just above my knee, high heels with a little floral design, a matching floral handbag, and a baby blue necklace. After taking a shower for a half an hour, my mom flat ironed my hair while I did my make-up. Mom clipped my hair to the side with a baby blue clip. I was still in my bath towel, so slid on my dress. Mom added some extra no frizz hair gel. I looked in the mirror and couldn't help but think that I didn't look half bad.

    After doing some finishing touches on my outfit, the door bell rang. While my mom answered the door , I quickly packed mint gum, extra lipstick, some blush, a comb, eyeliner, and my cell phone into my purse. I walked down the stairs slowly making sure not to trip. When I got to the last step I looked into the living room to see my mom talking to Aiden casually. He looked so freaking hot. His hair was slicked back with a little bit of gel, he wore dark Levi's, and a navy blue button down shirt. I couldn't believe that the Moon Goddess blessed me with such a sexy mate.

*******Aiden's POV*******

    When Addison came down stairs everything froze around me. She looked so beautiful. Her outfit was perfect. Just the sight of her was maing my wolf go crazy. He was howling and wagging his tail. I could tell he wanted to claim and mate with her right then and there. I could see her lips moving, but I didn't know what she was saying. I guess since I didn't answer and I was just staring at her, she started blushing. I snapped back into reality just as she said "So...Ummm... we should go I guess."

    "Yeah lets go" I replied. Her mom gave her kissed and waved goodbye as we walked to my car.

*******Addison's POV*******

    As we walked to his jet black Lamborghini, I was in complete awe. He had an awesome car. When we reached is car he opened the door for me. He was such a gentlemen. He closed the door behind me and climbed in on the driver's side.

    "So where are we going?" I asked him.

    "It is a suprise." He said with a smirk. I wonder where we are going.

    "Oh." The rest of the ride was spent in silence, but it wasn't akward silence it was peaceful silence.

    When we finally got to our destination, he got out of the car and opened the door for me again. We walked into the building and it was beautiful. Apparently we were going out to dinner. We walked up to the hostess and Aiden had a reservation for us. The lady led us to our table, but she kept twirling her hair and flirting with Aiden. It kept everything in me to stop Aubrey (my wolf) jumping up and ripping the stupid girl's neck out. We finally sat down and began small talking. We were soon to find out that the girl was our waiter also. Before Aiden could tell her what he wanted I quickly said "My boyfriend will have the steak, medium rare, with a side of salad and fries. And I will have the Srimp alfredo with a side of salad." The girl gave me a death glare and I gave it right back. Then she turned around smiled at Aiden and took our menus.

    As soon as she left Aiden asked me while raising his eyebrow "Boyfriend?"

    "I don't like bitches hitting on my mate." I growled "and yes I did say boyfriend. I assume that now that we are mates you won't go around flirting with other girls, unless that is what you plan on doing?"

    "Of course not what do I look like some sort of player?"

    "I guess not, but people can change..."

    "Addison as soon as I met you all of the other girls disapeared. The only girl I want and will not let go of is you."

    "Awww I feel the same way Aiden." Just as I said that I looked past Aiden to see someone walking threw the door. His jaw was clenched and his muscles were rippling. His scent was heavenly. And I knew right away who he was and he was mad. He was Marcus, my other mate. I knew exactly why he was mad and it was not a good thing. He was mad because I was on a date with Aiden.
