I woke up to the aroma of Bacon and pancakes along with murmurs from down stairs.I stretched,brushed my hair , put it into a messy bun, then made my way down.

I approached the kitchen and saw my parents sitting by the dining table. I got closer and saw Ethan by the stove.

"Morning hon" my mom greeted

"Hey guys. And Eth?" I questioned with obvious confusion.

Ethan got the message and replied with a:

" We're going shopping . it's black Friday isn't it? And I thought the at we should go early before the stores run out of the good stuff. "

"And you're making breakfast because?" I asked while seating myself

"Because why not?"

I chuckled at his response and set up the table with the plates and utensils.

" Thank you Ethan " my dad spoke

" anytime sir "

We blessed the table and ate away

After Breakfast

"Wow,I'm stuffed" I groaned

"Ill be right back.I need to get ready "

I went upstairs and into my room. I got into the bathroom and took a quick rinse.

I went back to my room and picked out an outfit :

A white T-shirt , a red flannel.around my waist , black skinny jeans and black Dr.Martens.

I examined myself in the stand up mirror by my closet and thought I looked decent,so after that, I made my way downstairs.

I saw Ethan on the couch watching tv.

"Yo.Are we still going?" I spoke

"Of course. Lets go"

i grabbed my purse then we went outside and hopped into his car.

"Okay.First stop,target" he said.

He started the engine and we we're on our way

Skip ride

We arrived in the parking lot and parked our car near the entrance.Surprisingly, the whole store wasn't as crowded as last year. You couldn't get in or out.Plus,it took us an hour to get home from traffic,but we won't have that same problem today.At least I hope we don't.

We got out of the car and entered the store.

"Where to?" Ethan questioned

"I don't know. Maybe the food aisle? Then the clothes section and maybe I could get a few things that I've been dying to have" I suggested

"Go ahead. I'm paying. This counts as a gift before you leave"

"Awe,thanks Eth.But I'm paying for half the price "I insisted.
