Be sure to read the A/N at the end of the chapter!
As of yesterday, I am officially 9 months pregnant. The doctor said that the babies could come any day. Ed and I decided that even though we picked out names, we wanted to pick them once the babies are born.
I had hired someone to do all of the cooking and cleaning. Well, 2 people. I didn't want to overwork myself, because I already had 3 kids to handle and another set of twins to prepare for. Amanda is easy to handle, because she completely understands the situation. Emily and Sandy, on the other hand, don't understand the situation at all.
All they know is that their little sisters are coming soon. I don't know how to explain that this is serious.
"HEY ED?" I shouted, hoping my voice has traveled enough to where he was. He was in Amanda's room, which was only two doors down. "Yes, sweetheart?" He said, planting a short but sweet kiss on my lips.
"I'm kind of sort of maybe really craving nuggets and barbecue sauce." I said, implying what I wanted. He looked at his watch. "Tell you what? I'll run out and get us all Mc Donald's and take Emily and Sandy with me. Amanda's on her laptop so, you will not be bothered." He offered. I nodded my head vigorously, and he smiled and gave me another kiss. I went into our bedroom and lied on our bed, turning on an episode of Grey's. Time went by, and I suddenly felt a huge, sharp pain in my stomach. And I knew exactly what it was.
I was in labor.
Hey guys! It has been FOREVER since I've updated, and many things have happened. We hit 20K reads on this book. I can't believe it. It's something I've always dreamed of but I never thought it would happen. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
The reason this is such a short chapter is because it will be divided into three parts. The next part will hopefully be posted soon!
