As the sun rose Louis was already awake. He didn't sleep at all last night, stuck in his depressing thoughts. He missed his family dearly, especially his best friend Liam. Liam was like his brother that he never had and knowing that he couldn't visit him hurt. The rules listed that only family could visit and he knew that he was only going to be able to call Liam.

Louis had lied awake all night, knowing he wasn't going to be able to sleep for a few days because he needed to get used to the new surroundings and that every 15 minutes at night, someone came in to make sure they were alright.

Now that the sun was fully into the sky he knew that it must be past 6 in the morning. He had to guess because their was no clock in the room. The room was pretty plain and they weren't allowed to bring much into it. The floor was a cold white tile, the walls were white, the only other thing in the room was the bathroom, which Louis has yet to go in. He noticed that everything was suicide proof, their was alarms above every door, the door knobs were slanted, none of the doors could lock and Louis was sure their was more suicide prevention in the bathroom, which he currently needed to use.

Louis slowly got out of his bed, not wanting to wake the boy across from him that was lightly snoring. Lou stuffed his hands into the pockets of his sisters old high school hoodie, and walked quickly on the cold tile to the bathroom door.

When he opened the door, it made a sound, making Louis cringe. He glanced at Harry making sure he was still asleep before going into the bathroom.

After doing his business, he pressed the button to flush the toilet and decided to look around at the small bathroom. The shower curtain was attached to the ceiling by velcro, their was no shelves in the shower stall, and the faucet in the shower was slanted, confirming to Louis the the bathroom was also suicide prevention at its highest.

Louis slowly walked out of the bathroom, not washing his hands because he didn't want to make to much noise, and was about to head back to his bed and lay down when Harry's voice startled him.

"How long have you been up?" Louis jumped a little and looked at Harry. He was sitting up in his bed with a tired look on his face and his curls were a little disheveled, truthfully he looked adorable.

"A-All night." Louis answered making Harry nod his head in understanding.

"That's how it was for me, at first, now I'm used to everything and everyone here." Harry reassured Louis, "Eventually you'll also get used to it and start to sleep normally."

Louis nodded, not knowing what to say and crawled back into his bed, hoping to catch a little bit of sleep before they were forced to wake up for the day.

-
About an hour later their was a small knock on the door that was meant to wake the boys but it obviously didn't work because when the petite nurse walked into the room, the two boys were sound asleep, Harry's book laying open on his chest and Louis curled up under the thin blanket.

"Boys, time to wake up!" The nurse exclaimed loud enough to wake the lazy boys up. "Breakfast is being served in 15 minutes and if you miss it you will have to choose from what's left, after the girls eat."

Louis sat up in his new bed and rubbed his eyes tiredly, wishing he got to sleep last night. He looked to his right, and saw Harry doing the same thing.

"I'm going to take a quick shower. The breakfast room is down the hallway, right in front of our group lounge. It should be open and people will be in there." Harry said, making Louis nod. As Harry opened the drawer under his bed to collect things for his shower, Louis laid his sock clad feet onto the tile floor. He got up and walked toward the door, a wave of anxiety hitting him.  His thoughts started racing and his breath became shorter. He could feel an anxiety attack coming. he tried to hide it but Harry noticed and started to walk towards the shaking boy. Louis didn't know why an attack had to hit now but he couldn't help the flash back to lunch at school, only having Liam to sit by and being bullied by all of the other kids. Was it going to be like that here?
