"Thanks for telling me that now." Jeremy playfully glared, bumping into me gently.

"I'm sorry, I couldn't concentrate with you attacking me in the kitchen."

"Hey!" Jeremy scoffed, "I got out of the shower before the kitchen!"

I shrugged, having nothing to say because I knew he was right, but I was just kidding.

"We had homework didn't we?"

Smirking, I nodded, but the situation was kind of shitty, because I only did half of it, and if we were to show the teacher, she would know Jeremy copied off me.

"That sucks." He bumped his hand into mine, and grabbed my pinky, swinging our hands back and forth before letting it go.

When I turned to look at Jeremy, you could see the blush that had barely risen on his cheeks, and truth be told I've never seen him like this. He was always so open with his relationship with Patty, and now with me, he is shy!

It was so cute, but weird at the same time.

"We don't have to hold hands at school you know." I told him, even though I really wanted to, but I would put that aside if it made him uncomfortable. I just didn't want people to get the idea he was single.

"No..." Jeremy said quickly, "I'm just curious how everybody will react, really." He smiled reassuringly.

Sighing I nodded, not caring about what other people thought would be hard. It always has been hard.

But now I had Jeremy, my best friend, and my boyfriend. Holding his hand out, slowly I placed my palm on his, and linked our fingers together.

We walked at a neutral pace, with out hands swinging back and forth between us. We chatted easily and if felt we had made it to the school to soon.

"Ready?" Jeremy asked, giving my sweaty hand a squeeze.

"My middle name is ready." I mumbled, walking up the stairs with him, his name never once moving, or twitching in my grip.

Jeremy rolling his eyes made me crack a smile, "Ok, Matthew Ready. Williams." Nodding proudly as he opened the double doors, I walked in front if him and only moved a little so he could come right back beside me.

In total as us right now, we only got one stare by a girl who was walking with a group, I recognized her faintly as a girl who was in my first block class, she was smart and classy. She talked to me the days Jeremy didn't, even if it was just a small conversation.

Waving shyly, her face seemed to only brighten when she caught sight of our fingers locked together.

Jeremy moved his mouth to my ear, "I think today wont be that bad." He whispered, sneaking a kiss to my cheek while he was at it.

"I hope not." I sighed, it seemed calm right now. But I could feel it was going to change as he day progressed.

"Matt!"

"I'll see you later?" I said to Olivia, her head bobbed, the straight cut bangs bounced up and down in her eyes.

"I'll se you at lunch!" She smiled, turning around she ran down the hall and into a classroom.

Turning around to where I had heard my name being called, Jeremy ran straight into me, my head colliding with his neck and his arms wrapped tightly around me.

"Hi..?" I asked, my voice muffled by the fabric of his shirt. But who was I to complain, he smelled just heavenly.

"I missed you." He sighed, pulling away, and pressing his lips to mine without warning.
