The Beginning Of The End pt.2

*Boss* (surprise bitchezzz)

We were chasing Jinyoung's car, when all of a sudden, it was in the air, and on its roof momently. I wanted to run and help, but decided not to, as it would lead traces to our company.

I got out of the car and walked up to one of my minion's cars. They opened the window, "What should we do, Boss?"

"Run away first, I'll catch up." He nodded and grabbed his cellphone.

I ran back to my own car and waited for everyone to go. I took out my phone and dialled the ambulance.

"119, how may I help you?"

"There's a car accident in the main Seoul highway, three people were in the car." I quickly tried to explain the situation.

"Okay, we are sending an ambulance along with police over to you. May I know how bad the car crash is?" I heard shouting in the background - probably the paramedics.

"The car is flipped over and is on its roof, there were three people in the car."

"Okay, thank you, the ambulance should be there in five to ten minutes." the lady hung up.

I put my phone back into my pocket and ran closer to the car. I saw Jinyoung laying on the ground, not moving while the car door was wide open, ready to break off of the car.

I went up to him, and wanted to flip him on his back, check his injuries, but hesitated. If anything worse happened, they would check fingerprints on him and mine would be on there. Not good.

Instead, I saw a black, bead bracelet a few metres away from the accident. Parts of it were bloody, but I still picked it up. I was about to go back to Jinyoung and leave the bracelet next to him, so he would find it later on, but screams and gasps of pedestrians could be heard around the accident.

I put the bracelet in my pocket and went back to my car. I turned the engine on and drove away from the scene as fast as I could. It felt like it was fate, because as soon as I left, ambulance sirens echoed through the highway.

*Jiyang*

I was standing in front of the audience, as Scarlet's dad said his so very proud speech.

"This young man, will marry my daughter and take over my company after I pass away. Applause!" he started clapping and I stood in front of the microphone, waiting for silence.

The clapping died down bit by bit, until I was able to talk, "Hello, My name is Kang Jiyang, and I am Choi Scarlet's fiancé. Nice to meet you." I bowed and walked off stage. Everyone clapped once again.

I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket so I took it out. The screen flashed with 'Mum', and an 'answer call' button.

I answered and was greeted by sobbing.

"Mum, what happened? Why are you crying?" I immediately asked.

"Hospital...Y-Yoo-Yoona an-" without letting her finish, I hung up and ran out of the hall, not bothering about the fact that I still have my dark blue suit on.

I hope Yoona is okay.

*Yoona*

My index finger twitched and my eyes fluttered open. It was blurry at first, but then, the strong smell of medicine woke all of my senses.

Jinyoung.

I turned my head, and saw mum sitting on a chair next to my bed. As soon as she saw me wake up, she stood up and started to cry, "Oh Yoona. You're awake! I thought you'll never wake up! I was so afraid." her puffy eyes turned an even brighter red.
