I saw this video about the Alaskan-Siberian lend lease route and I thought it was interesting enough to share.
You can see the P-39 Airacrobra, the plane that Bobby and Jack would have flown, at 1:27, and then again at 3:25, and then a big formation of them at 5:14.
I knew that female pilots flew for the Soviet Union, but to be honest I had no idea that American women also flew for the U.S. Army Air Force until I saw this video.
