i didn't know who you guys wanted to babysit it could be anyone so i left it up to you !
"(y/n)!" (Name of parent) needs you to look after the kids tonight because we are going out would you watch them?" Your parents call up to you
You didn't mind looking after them but you couldn't do it by yourself.
"Ok fine but only if (c/n) can help too" you reply
"Yep she says its fine" you get a reply after a few seconds
Later that night your boyfriend meets you at your house ready to babysit. You hear a knock on the door it must be the kids.
You greet them at the door, welcome them and introduce your boyfriend. Your parents say good bye as they walk to the car with the parents.
You and your boyfriend turn around to the kids after closing the door.
"So what do you guys want to do?" your boyfriend asks them. They just stare at him blankly.
"Why don't we watch a movie?" they all smile and run to the couch and get themselves comfy.
"Why do they like you so much?" your boyfriend moans
"I guess I'm just more fun than you" you shrug
He raises his eye brows "I can be fun"
He rubs his hands together and takes out his phone and walks off to make a call.
You put a movie on for the kids and few minutes into the film the door bell rings again.
"Who wants pizza??!!" he calls from the door
"yeeeaaaaahhhh (c/n) you are the best!!" they shout
He puts the pizza box down on the table and they all tuck in.
After the movie had finished you trust your boyfriend to look after them whilst you prepare their beds for the night.
You hear it is all a bit too silent down stairs so you stop what you are doing and slowly make your way down the steps. You walk out into a completely silent living room and stand there looking for signs of movement.
All of a sudden a Nerf gun bullet hits your bum and you spin around to see your boyfriend had smeared war paint all over his face and was hiding behind the sofa
"Get her!!!!" he shouts
The kids come charging at you from behind with balloon swords and fake guns, smacking you around the legs. You quickly take cover behind the sofa with your boyfriend.
"Told you I can be fun!" he smirks
You weren't happy.
"You gave them candy!!??" you pick up multiple chocolate and lolly wrappers from the floor
"Yeah kids like that stuff right?" he shrugs
"They are hyper (c/n) we will never get them to sleep" you sigh
"Hey it's ok, why don't we just channel their energy into something else? Like I don't know a.....game of soccer or something" he suggests
"Ok fine but we're doing it outside, no soccer in the house." You narrow your eyes at him
He puts a ball down outside in the middle of the lawn.
"3, 2, 1 go!" he calls
They all run at the ball but instead of kicking it they all scream at it and shoot it with their toy Nerf guns
After a few seconds of screaming and shooting they eventually destroy the ball between them.
"Oh dear, I think we need a plan B" he sighs
"How about a water balloon fight?" he shrugs knowing that you'll say no
You smirk and agree but you had a plan.
You walk back outside with a bucket full of water balloons and a pair of snorkelling goggles for your boyfriend
"Put these on and go stand in front of the fence" you order him
"Why?" he asks
"Just do it" you hand him the goggles
You gather the kids in a circle and tell him that your boyfriend is the target. They smile and take a handful of balloons.
"Get him!" you shout
After a few minutes he was soaked and stood there dripping wet. The kids must have calmed down now because they kept yawing and missing the target.
"Good job guys, why don't you go get in your pyjamas and we will come tuck you in" you say to the kid's high-fiving them as they walk past you.
"Your turn!" your boyfriend shouts, throwing the left over balloons soaking you through.
He walks up to you pulling you close.
"We would be the best parents ever" he smiles
"We would be great" you fantasize
You both stare into each other's eyes for a while before you hear a massive crash inside the house.
He throws you over his shoulder and takes you into the house. He puts you down when he sees that the kids had found your art supplies and they had spilt pain all over the floor.
You sigh and put your head in your hands.
"Don't worry baby I'll clean it up, why don't you put the kids to bed" he kisses you in the forehead
It takes a while for you to get the kids settled down but you do eventually. When you finally get back down stairs you find your boyfriend had completely tidied up everything including all the candy wrappers, he was now lying on the sofa in just his shorts waiting for his clothes to dry out.
He smiles as he sees you and pulls you on top of him.
After a very tiring evening you lay on his back on the sofa.
"I love you baby" he mumbles
"I love you too.... but I'm still the better babysitter" you giggle
