I looked over to Jake. "This isn't working." I told him.
Jake sighed. "I know."
"Wait, what isn't working?" Zayn asked.
"Jake's plan." I answered.
"What was your plan?"
"Wait a minute!" Louis barged in. "You made a plan without me?"
"I only needed Harry. I wanted him to flirt with my sister so she would become more social, and him being the flirt he is I thought he could manage. But now..." Jake explained.
"Don't worry. When Harry Styles wants something, he gets it. Especially when it comes to girls." I interrupted him, crossing my arms.
"And when Harry Styles talks in third person it creeps everyone out." Liam mimicked me. I rolled my eyes and started walking upstairs.
"Where are you going?" Jake called.
"To your sister. Time to work my charm!" I called back.
"Ask her where the chips are!" Niall yelled. I rolled my eyes and continued to walk upstairs.
I knocked on Caroline' s door and waited. I thought up of some flirty lines to try on her, but once she opened the door, I forgot everything. Literally.
"What do you want?" She asked rudely.
"I, uh...I forgot actually." I stuttered.
"We'll if it was to flirt, you can just leave now." She said, going into her room. That's why I came!
"Who said I came up to flirt with you?" I tried playing it cool.
She turned to face me, raising an eyebrow. "That's all you've done." She turned back around and lay down on her stomach, reaching under her bed.
"I thought you would like it." I said, leaning against her wall.
"We'll..." She started, pulling something from under her bed. She stood up with a big note pad. "I don't." She finished.
"What's that?" I asked.
"Nothing. Just a notebook." She answered.
"What's in the notebook?" I asked, walking over and reaching for it.
She snatched it away and glared. "Nothing." She repeated. I put my hands up as if to surrender. She sighed. "I'm sorry. Just...maybe I'll tell you a different time."
I nodded. "Okay, but that just adds to the list of things I want you to." I winked and walked out.
"So..." Jake trailed off once I got downstairs.
"What happened?" He asked.
"Oh. Nothing." I answered.
"What do you mean nothing?"
"Nothing." I repeated, realizing I sound like Caroline. "I just got distracted." I added, but kept the notebook to myself, along with her looks.
