{Stein} Accidents

This one was interesting to write ^^ I actually had a plot to think about when doing this for once (cause it usually takes me forever to think of one-shot ideas).

Anyway, I would've done Grimmjow in a heartbeat if I actually knew him better, but I felt like I would've gotten his character wrong since I didn't watch all of Bleach.  He looks really chill though xD

This is also a modern AU, just to warn you. Anyway, do enjoy :3

~ 時 ~

The little office that was rented out so long ago was rotting slowly as the days went by. It used to be the place where three specific scientists gathered to work on a small project in a simple, little room where you could hear someone laugh at least once during those sometimes tedious meetings. It was fairly pleasant days for the scientist Franken Stein, but he had long refused to go to those nostalgic ruins because of the accident.

That accident.

He would always push it in the back of his mind, always trying to run away from that terrible memory. He always heard voices saying poisonous and painful words whenever he dared himself to think about that accident even just a little...

'She's gone'
'It was your fault'
'You weren't there, it's your fault'
'Your fault!!'
'Your...fault...'

It was always like this; the constant ringing of the word 'fault' would just never leave his ears.

He accepted it, however.

He accepted having this insanity coursing throughout him, telling him to do these awful things to others and to himself...

~ 時 ~

"Dr. Stein, it's me; I wanted to talk to you." The scientist who used to work with Stein came to his door and rang the doorbell; speaking though the little buzzer. Stein walked towards the door and opened it, a cigar in his mouth with a trail of dark gray smoke in the air.

"What is it? You haven't bothered to talk to me ever since that day." Stein grumbled, not wanting to talk to this particular man again. He always hated this man, but he had to go pretend he didn't for (Name)'s sake.

"I'll tell you inside-"

"Tell me now or I won't listen at all." Stein said abruptly, not wanting that filth inside his home. 

The man stood there awkwardly, nodding his head in defeat after looking at Stein for a few moments.

"Well... I think we may be able to bring (Name) back."

Stein felt his heart stop for a moment, not believing those words right away until he felt a  a spark of joy inside him. (Name)? She'll be... alive?

Stein opened his door wider to let the man in, shutting it as he headed inside with the man; beginning to talk more about what he had told him about bringing (Name) back...

(Flashback)

"Dr.Stein! Look what I found!" The recently graduated college student called (Name) chirped as she showed him what she had found in the lab. Dr.Stein wasn't paying attention to that, however, and kept looking into (Name)'s eyes as she continued on talking.
