"Are you ready to go to the dance?" Jack asked. I nodded eagerly, and got up from my seat.
We walked out the door and to his car. We got in and he started driving with him holding my hand.
"I'm excited." I said. He smiled and nodded his head.
We pulled up to the curb and got out. We started walking, and saying hi to some of our friends on the way.
When we walked in, there was a red carpet kind of thing. It was neat.
A photographer was at the end and we smiled for it. He gave us a card to go look at them later.
We walked into the gym and went to the dance floor. We started dancing and being the idiots we were.
"Let's slow it down a bit." I heard the DJ say. I put my arms around Jacks neck and waited for the song.
'Down to Earth
Keep 'em falling when I know it hurts
Going faster than a million miles an hour
Trying to catch my breath some way, somehow...'
I giggled and we started to dance. The chorus came and Jack furrowed his eyebrows.
"This is what you were quoting the other day." Jack said. I nodded.
"Yeah. Two weeks ago." I said, grinning a bit. He poked my stomach and I shrieked and started laughing.
I watched Jack poke Eve's stomach, and her starting to laugh.
So she thought it would be a good idea to sneak off to homecoming after Liam said no.
I will admit that they're cute. It's just... Liam makes us think that her dating is the worst thing ever.
And I agreed at first. But now that I see them together... Maybe she's old enough.
I know Liam would kill me if I let them two continue to dance, but I have to.
I pulled out my phone and called Louis. After a couple rings he answered.
"Hello?" Louis said.
"Hey. Can you come down to the school?" I asked.
"Why the school?" He asked. I could basically see him furrowing his eyebrows.
"Homecoming's tonight." I said. I told them that.
"Oh yeah! Okay I'll be there in a few." He said. I hung up and kept watching them.
It might sound creepy, but I have to keep an eye on them. I need to know I can trust him with her.
A few minutes later I saw Louis walk in the doors. I waved him over and he came to sit by me.
"What's up?" Louis asked.
"Are you okay with Jack and Eve dating?" I asked, getting straight to the point.
"Uhm.. Not necessarily. She can't date." He said. I sighed.
"I agree, but I think she's getting old enough." I said. He looked at me with curiosity.
"What's bringing all of this up?" Louis asked.
