I open my eyes. I feel pain in my arm. I guess that wasn't my breath after all. This is too dark a place and I am in too much pain for me to be dead. Blood is on the floor and on my clothes.
I really forgot what I must say to Edward. Why?
Why do I forget the moment he enters the room? It's because I'm afraid of him, I think.
Suddenly, I see something white. I turn my head and it is a piece of paper. I grab it and open it. What I read makes me very happy. Carlisle will come to save me soon.
Suddenly, I hear a yell and then I hear fighting going on.
Foot steps come towards my door.
It's Carlisle.
