9.We Have A Deal

"I don't know what I want to happen. Until I was kidnapped by you, I was being shared by Nicolai and Lucifer. Before that, I was simply a burden to my family. "

"Now you are a mate to the original heir to the throne."

"May I ask why you are now the leader of a group of rogues?"

"I simply disagreed with my father and his way of doing things. I once admired him as a diligent and fair ruler, but things are always hidden. Once you uncover these hidden truths, everything changes. Nicolai may join me the moment the truth is revealed to him."

"Do you really believe that?"

"Yes."

"Would you ever think to return to your kingdom? "

"No."

"B-"

"I mean what I say. I will not go back on this or reconsider. The current activities of the werewolf kingdom are barbaric."

"Alright. What shall you do do with me now that you know I am your mate?"

"I will likely keep you here with me. Eventually, my brother and your other mate will come for you. When that time comes, I will likely keep them here with you."

"No! You shouldn't keep people against their will. I will stay here with you of my own will if you promise not to keep Lucifer and Prince Nicolai here against their own will."

"And if they agree to stay here just to take you away from me?"

" You have my word I will do everything in my power to stay here with you. As long as you honor our agreement that is. Also, please do not harm them when turning them away."

"We have a deal then. I will allow you to roam around this territory, but I will have some pack warriors keep an eye on you. You are allowed to go outside, but if you go too far out the pack warriors will make you turn back. If you are lying to me and try to escape, I will never let you out of this room, and if we so happen to capture Nicolai and Lucifer, you will not be seeing them. There's also a 'No lying' rule."

"Okay."

After being introduced to the people who would be watching me, I was allowed to wander as I pleased. Of course, there were a few rooms and general areas that were off limits, but not very many. I had four "protectors": Luke, Garret, Jared and Lith. They would watch me in pairs of two and they would switch after four hours.

I explore the pack house and pause when I enter the kitchen, but continue on. I walk outside and consider shifting into my furry form, but I know my kitten will instinctively go back to the kitchen and try to get some food.

After a while of wandering outside, Prince Nicolai's older brother walks outside.

"Would you like to walk around with me?"

"Yes please...um...what's your name?"

"My name is William Falsetto. Call me Will or William."

"Alright, William. My name is Ciel Avin."

"Shall we go on that walk now?"

"Oh, yes."

He shifts into his big wolf and looks at me expectantly. Hesitantly, I shift into my cat form and do my best to forget about hunger. You would think that after years of only eating once a day (if even that), I wouldn't have much of an appetite. Unfortunately, my body still craves three meals a day.

Prince William looks at my kitten in surprise, but says nothing. I have to run to keep up. He tries walking his very slowest, but I'm still exhausted after about a minute. He huffs in amusement and I end up on his back for the rest of the walk.

A/N - Okay, I will be revealing what happened to Nicolai and Lucifer in the next chapter, so prepare yourself. If you're wondering why Ciel or William didn't feel anything when the explosion happened, it's because their bond isn't strong enough.

Also, I'm sorry if you don't like the fact that there are now 3 mates, 4 altogether.
