"Hinaaaaaata! Wake uuuuuuuup!" I awoke to yelling and shaking. I blinked and sat up rubbing my eyes.

"Mo...miji?" I yawned.

The bouncing blonde sat on my bed, grinning.

"What time is...it?" I asked tiredly.

"5am~!"

"EHHHHHHHHH?!?" I bolted up and grabbed my alarm clock. Sure enough it was only 5am in the morning.

"Mo-mi-ji" I said darkly.

"Y-yes Hinata-chan?" He asked nervously.

"Why did you wake me up at 5am on a SATURDAY!?!?" I growled. "AND HOW DID YOU GET IN HERE?!"

"Shigure let me in~! And we, are going on a expedition!" He threw up one finger and winked.

I stared at him before sighing and going under the covers. "Wake me up at lunch and we'll talk."

"Wha...noooooo! C'mon Hina!" He bounced and pleaded on my bed. It was a wonder Tohru didn't wake up.

I groaned and sat up. "Fine. How long is this going to take?"

"Not long. Dress warmly, it's getting colder." He grinned and bounced out of the room.

I sighed and swung my legs off my bed.

I went to my closet and grabbed a beige sweater, jeans, and boots.

Momiji waited outside.

"Let's go!" He grabbed my hand and practically dragged us outside.

We passed a grinning Shigure he put on a dreamy expression and sighed, "Young love~!"

I flushed and sent him a weak glare.

"Hurry up Hinata! We have to get going fast or we'll miss it!" Momiji pulled me faster, not even blinking at the comment Shigure sent.

We passed by some trees before Momiji slowly fell back into a walk.

The traveling was silent. It was still dark and the animals had yet to wake.

"Hm, it's really quiet." He said softly, as if scared to break the silence.

"Well everyone is asleep, just like we should be." I sent him a playful glare.

He laughed but then slammed his dust into his palm. "I know! Let's sing a song to wake up the animals."

I raised an eyebrow but had to laugh at an idea only Momiji would think of.

He took a deep breath. "Who's in the forest strolling?
The birds and the bees sing Momiji and Hinata~!
The frogs in the pond are calling,
"Momiji and Hinata, yes, it's true!"

The trees raise their leaves together
Who needs the sun when we've got you?

Who's in the forest strolling?
The birds and the bees sing Momiji and Hinata~!
The frogs in the pond are calling,
"Momiji and Hinata," yes it's true!" I giggled at the lyrics but sang along.

"Look its a squirrel!" He pointed to a golden squirrel who was grabbing at acorns.

"Really? I thought it was a bear." I teased and he pouted.

"Well 'scuse me." He said sassily.

"You know, you're more like a girl than a boy sometimes."

He grinned, "thank you very much!"

"Doesn't mean I'm not going to let you off for waking me up so early!" I said evilly.

He gulped hard. "U-Um whatever do you mean?"

"Change into a bunny!" I demanded.

"W-what! That's not fair!" He cried.

"On the contrary, I think it's very fair."

"Ugh fine!" Poof!

He jumped around in his pile of clothes and I reached down and picked him up with his clothes.

"Wow! You're really soft and cuddly."

"You aren't supposed to tell a boy that
Hin-a-ta!" Even when he said that, his tone never changed from playful.

I walked through the woods that were slowly getting brighter.

"Hurry Hinata or we're going to miss it!" He said urgently.

I let out a grumble but walked faster. Soon I came upon a cliff.

As if on cue, Momiji jumped out of my arms and a Poof sounded.

I turned my back as he dressed and soon we were sitting on the edge.

"So what are we doing here?" I asked, swinging my legs.

"Look!" He pointed at a clearing between two trees.

I looked and immediately I smiled.

A golden sun peaked through. Shining and touching all of the land with its warm rays.

I couldn't take my eyes off if I wanted too.

"Worth it?" Momiji asked.

"Yeah, worth it."
