Those words were the ones your parents told you earlier and they kept replaying in the back of your head and it was like their was no stop button.
It has been a couple of hours since your parents told you to break up with Steven, you just didn't understand why they dislik- hated him so much.. He wasn't bad at all. Actually, quit the opposite he made you happy. You haven't stopped crying and you locked yourself in your room.. I don't want to hurt Steven and it will hurt me the most but if I don't my parents will do something about it anyway.

You ran down the stairs and hugged him, not caring what your parents thought anymore, whether they liked it or not you were staying with Steven and they couldn't change a thing about how you felt
" I guess we can but don't blow it and you better not hurt my daughter because I will hurt you" you dad said
"Pa"you said signaling him to stop with the protectiveness
"Don't worry I won't, I care too much for your daughter" Steven said while looking down at you
"I love you" you whispered in his ear so your dad didn't hear
"maybe but I do more " He whispered back and kissed your cheek
