The day had started so well before it had all gone to hell. And here I was laying one of my closest friends to rest. I should have saved him. I'm the leader it's my job to protect everyone.
When we had gotten back everyone had gathered at the top of Half Blood hill and watched as the Assassins and I had picked up Nicholas and carried him past them and to the big house where Chiron stood.
"Come, let's get him to the infirmary."
"It's to late for that." I said.
Chiron looked more closely at Nicholas's face, seeing the bullet hole he looked up at me, sadness shimmering in his eyes. "I'm sorry." He said.
We carried Nicholas into the Assassin cabin and putting him down in his room, on his bed.
"He has a sister. How am I going to tell her?" I asked, looking down at him.
"We'll figure something out." Nico said.
And here I was standing in front of his shroud, waiting for everyone to gather. Nicholas's shroud was an electric blue with the Assassin symbol, an eagle and a lightning bolt. The Assassins that we had saved stood to the side, watching everyone. The female Assassins stood beside Nicholas's shroud, sobs coming from them. The male Assassins were trying to comfort them but tears were silently rolling down their faces. All the campers finally showed up, both Roman and Greek, as well as the Hunters. Chaos flashed in with the gods. When I spotted the them I quickly flicked up my hood, covering my face. The gods didn't know that it was me and hopefully Chaos hadn't said anything.
Zeus came forward to say his goodbyes to his son before going back to stand with the gods. He seemed to be trying to hold it together.
"We come here today to say goodbye to our friend, Nicholas Rizzo, son of Zeus and fellow Assassin. Nicholas brought me into the Creed seven years ago, when I had lost the will to go on and I will never forget him. Addio, compagno, amico, preoccuparsi. Requiscat in Pace." I said as Stefano placed his hand on the shroud, setting it on fire.
Nico hesitantly stepped forward, holding a guitar.
"Umm...Nicholas never heard me sing and he disappointed when he found out that I song for the others. So I'd like to sing a song just for him."
I nodded.

"I got lost out there in this world
Looking for a brand new way to fall down
It's no surprise that things got worse
I thank God you never let me drown

But I didn't have to lie to myself for so long
I didn't have to let myself get so far gone
I didn't have to make the ones I love feel so alone
I didn't have to die to go to heaven
I just had to go home

While I was having the time of my life
I think my soul died a little every day
I always called to say I'm sorry
You said it's okay, but you should be
Through it all you never walked away

But I didn't have to lie to myself for so long
I didn't have to let myself get so far gone
I didn't have to make the ones I love feel so alone
I didn't have to die to go to heaven
I just had to go home

Into the arms of my angel
Into the peace I've left behind
All I had to do to save my own life
Was to look into your eyes

But I didn't have to lie to myself for so long
I didn't have to let myself get so far gone
I didn't have to make the ones I love feel so alone
I didn't have to die to go to heaven (to find my angel)
But I didn't have to lie to myself for so long
I just had to go home (I just had to go home)
I just had to go home."
Everyone was quit for some time after Nico finished his song, almost all of the campers were crying.
"The bastards that did this have to pay." Jason said, breaking the silence.
"And they will. They will regret the day the decided to cross the Assassins." I growled.
"We could really use Percy's help right now." Aphrodite said.
Annabeth was about to say something but Jason pushed her, causing her to stumble.
"Why do you care about Percy? I thought he was a traitor." I said.
"We thought so but Zeus and Hades informed us that Matt was a traitor  and that they were truly the cause of his death." Athena said.
"Percy's here!" Annabeth shouted.
I glared at her.
"Where is he?" Poseidon asked, looking around.
"He's an Assassin." Erik said. I'm going to kill that bastard.
"Is that true? Is Percy one of you?" Poseidon asked, looking over at me.
I glared at Annabeth and Erik as I made my way over to the gods. They took a frightened step back.
"Yes he is."
"Where is the punk then?" Ares asked.
"Perhaps you should tell them." Haytham said, coming to stand beside me. He no longer wore the black robes but rather a suit.
I signed as I turned back to the gods, taking the front of my hood, hesitating for a second before I pushed it back. I looked up as the gods gasped and cried my name. I keep my expression cold and distant.
"Percy!" Poseidon called making his way over to me, trying to pull me into a hug but I danced out of reach.
"Percy?" He asked, hesitantly and reaching out.
"No. I'm not a demigod. I am an Assassin."
"But your still my son."
"No. You lost me the moment when you decide to believe that I would kill someone out of blind rage. I've never killed before today. Your not my family any more."
"Are you disowning me?"
"No, your still my father but I won't stay here after the war."
"But.."
"No, we are here to remember Nicholas." I said, turning back to the shroud.
"I remember when I first met him." Jasmine said, "I was five, my parents had kicked me and Stefano out. They didn't have the money to feed us. So we lived on the streets, stealing when we could or going through peoples garbage for food. I stole from Nicholas. I thought he was going to kill me but instead he took me and Stefano in. Gave us a home, a family." By then end Jasmine was balling uncontrollable as Stefano tried to comfort her.
"How did you meet him Percy?" Nico asked.
"I went to Rome. I knew no one would find me there. As I was sight seeing I heard a cry for help and me being me I ran to help. A hellhound was about to attack a girl, I told her about Camp Half-Blood. I'm not sure if she made it here. Anyway I killed it, saving the girl as she ran away a man jumped off of the roof of the building beside me, dude landed right in front of me and casually asked were I got my sword before leading me to the Assassin HQ. You should have seen the look on the Assassin's faces when Zeus appeared and told them he was a god, priceless. Though at the time I didn't know that it was Chaos." I finished my story with a chuckle, looking over at Chaos.
"I may have only know him for a few weeks but he was a good man." Altair said.
"Goodbye, Nicholas." We said before walking away.
I made my way to the beach, sitting down on the dock, pulling off my boots before putting my feet in the water. Signing I closed my eyes, enjoying the feel of the water between my toes. I felt a presence beside me as someone sat down. I opened my eyes and took in a beautiful sight. Claudia was sitting beside me with her feet in the water like mine and she was leaning back letting the sun shine down on her face. Her hair seemed to shimmer in the sun.
"Are you sure your mother isn't Aphrodite?" I asked, grinning at her crookedly. She smiled, opening her eyes to look at me. "Do you think I'm an air head?"
"No, never, la mia bellezza." I grinned when her face flushed.
"You sure are a charmer."
"I try."
"You're almost as bad as my brother. He's probably gone through over half of the girls here."
"I would never do something like that. I'm a one woman man." I said, leaning in closer.
"You're a good man, Percy. Don't let this war change that." She said. Her eyes flicked down to my lips before going back to my eyes.
"I'll try."
"You haven't kissed me since I kissed you."
"Do you want me to kiss you?" I asked, leaning in closer.
"Yes...no...ah."
"Which is it?" I asked, placing my hand on her cheek.
"Yes." She said, crushing her lips against mine. I didn't hesitate for one moment as I eagerly kissed her back. Our tongues fighting for dominance as we held each other. I pulled away for a second to catch my breath and place Claudia onto my lap before kissing her again. She moaned as she felt my arousal, pulling herself closer to me. I groaned as she pulled away.
"Someone seems happy." She smirked, as she rolled her hips, causing me to moan.
"You make me happy." I grinned, pulling her in for another kiss.
Someone coughed behind us. I knew it wasn't Ezio or I would be in the lake or dead so I slowly pulled away from Claudia's lips and turned my head. My eyes narrowed as I took in Annabeth standing behind us. Her face a deep shade of red.
"Hi." She said.
Claudia tried to climb off my lap but I latched my hands to her hips, preventing her from getting up. She signed, placing her hands on my chest.
"What do you want?" I hissed.
"I want to talk." She said.
"Can't you see I'm busy."
"It's important."
"Percy, it's okay. We can finish this later." Claudia said.
"What if I want to finish it know?" I asked, kissing her softly.
She chuckled, pulling away and getting off my lap. She smirked when she saw my ragging erection.
"Later." She said, bending down and kissing my check.
I placed my hands on my lap so that Annabeth wouldn't see my erection. I turned to watch Claudia leave. It seemed like she knew I was watching because she walked away with her hips swaying. I signed as I turned to face Annabeth, who was watching me.
"What?" I asked.
"You were never like that with me."
"Like what?"
"Passionate and lustful. It seemed like you couldn't keep your hands off of her."
"She's amazing." I signed, grinning like an idiot.
"You use to think I was amazing."
My grin fell as I glared at her. "That was before you cheated on me. I know it was just one kiss but you didn't push him away. Instead you pushed him against the wall and made out with him."
"You saw the whole thing?" She muttered, looking down.
"Yes." I said, standing up.
"Wait!" She said, gabbing my hand. "I'm sorry."
"No, your not. Come find me when you mean it." I hissed, walking away. I didn't turn around as I made my way back to the Assassin cabin. I came across Nico and Will behind the Apollo cabin. There were holding each other as they kissed passionately. I coughed, gaining their attention as they sprung apart. Their faces a bright shade of red.
"Hey, Percy." They said.
"Hey guys, having fun?" I grinned.
"How are you doing?" Will asked, ignoring my greeting.
My grin vanished as I remembered the days events again.
"I'm fine."
"If you need to talk. We're here for you if you need us." Nico said.
"Thanks but I'm fine."  I said, turning to go.
"Okay, see ya." They said as I walked away.
I continued back to the Assassin cabin. When I got to my room I signed flopping down on my bed. I closed my eyes trying to forget about the day.
"Is it later know." Came Claudia's voice.
My eyes shot open as I looked in the direction where her voice had come from. She was standing in the bathroom doorway in nothing but a short black night gown. My breath hitched as I looked her over. She was breath taking.
"Yes, la mia bellezza, it's definitely later." I said, standing up and walking over to her I placed my hands on her hips and tugged her against my body. I kissed her furiously as I pulled her to the bed. Her hands fluttered around my body as she pulled my weapons from their sheaths, throwing them to the floor before pulling my shirt over my head and also throwing it away.
"Are you sure you want to do this?" I asked, pulling away from her.
"Yes." She said, tugging the night gown off. I gasped as it fell to the floor. I didn't argue as I pulled her onto the bed and began to make sweet love to her. It was filled with passion, lust and desire. And I was happy and blissful.
