Bailey's Inner Monologue

Of all the years we have lived in Jersey and all the time I dated Jake, I'm wondering why this is the first time I've been to the Pavilion. Because of its seclusion the Pavilion was well known in high school as a prime location for dates as well as many other activities. I've always heard it referenced to but never knew its actual location. So needless to say curiosity was at its highest when Sam asked if I wanted to get breakfast to go and take it to the Pavilion. Much to my surprise it was located in the wooded park area next to the high school. Back tucked away out of sight from the rest of the world was a small clearing with a brick pavilion it was beautiful, surrounded by trees and wildflowers 

(Bailey) wow! THIS is the pavilion?

(Sam) *giving an odd face* yes, *chuckles* why did you say it like that?

(Bailey) *shrugs* I dunno....its just, I've always heard of it referred to as the place where couples hooked up. I expected it to look....I dunno...a little more skeezy 

(Sam) *laughs* if you thought it was probably skeezy why did you agree to bring breakfast here?

(Bailey) *giggles* I dunno, I was curious to know where it was I guess *shrugs* It's beautiful.

(Sam) *cocks a brow*...so you thought what? That breakfast was just a formality so I could take you to some sleezy place to hook up?

(Bailey) um, I believe I said skeezy not sleezy...but I dunno maybe *shrugs* *giggles*

(Sam) *smirks* well, in that case...screw breakfast 

*Sam drops the breakfast bag on the ground and scoops up B in a hug much like that morning , leaning down and kissing her softly before she breaks out in a fit of giggles*

(Sam) *smiles and places B back down on her feet before scooping up the breakfast bag off the ground* Actually, my intentions were to come enjoy breakfast with you....THEN get sleezy *smirks*

(Bailey) skeezy

(Sam) right...skeezy *smiles*

*B laughs and they sit down at the picnic table inside the pavilion*

(Bailey) *opens her breakfast biscuit and takes a bite* So...do you bring all your girlfriends here?

*Sam chuckles shaking his head* 

(Bailey) I'm serious, I've been gone for a month...you are telling me you didn't even go on a date with anyone?

(Sam) that is what I'm telling you, I want to be with you

(Bailey) yes, but we never said we were exclusive...we only went on two dates before I left

(Sam) *puts his sandwich down* why? Have you been dating someone else?

(Bailey) me? No I've been gone

(Sam) are you wanting to date other guys?

(Bailey) no

(Sam) well then, you might as well consider us exclusive, 'cause I'm not interested in dating anyone but you

*B smiles and takes another bite of her biscuit*

(Sam) so, are you glad to be back?

(Bailey) glad to see you *smiles* glad to be back in my own bed...kinda nervous about school though

(Sam) because of Jake

(Bailey) *takes another bite of her biscuit* mmmhmmm....that and that tabloid came out which essentially will confirm Jakes rumor for a lot of people, they think if its in print its true

(Sam) who cares what they think

(Bailey) me

*Sam shakes his head*

(Bailey) not to sound shallow but I do care about what people think of me...at least when it comes to the issue of sex. I mean I know the things I think when I look at someone like Brooke Taylor for instance. She isn't shy about letting people know who she has slept with. I think she is gross and skanky. I just don't want people to think that of me.

(Sam) they don't, school will be fine, everyone knows Jake is a douche and it will all blow over

(Bailey) I hope so

*Sam smiles and leans across the table placing a kiss on B's lips*

(Sam) I missed you

(Bailey) I missed you too *smiles*
