A/N: Okay, so I've essentially made half of this up. Also, I've dug myself a giant trench, and filled it with steaming llama shit. I said I'd post the first chapter of my new Loki fanfic, but I'm NOWHERE NEAR finishing this, but I can't break my promise. So, yeah.
'Tell me about Sigyn,' she says, and underneath her, she can feel Loki's entire body tensing.
He groans, and pushes her off of him, turning over so that he's face down in the duvet.
'Can't we talk about this later?' he asks, his voice muffled by the abundance of soft, fluffy pillows.
No,' she says, firmly, 'We can't.'
He groans again, and then pushes himself up, glaring at her.
'But why-y-y?' he complains, 'I'm tired.'
'You're not tired, but you are going to tell me about her.'
'Fine,' he grumbles, 'But I'm not happy about this.'
'Your problem, not mine.'
'Sigyn is the Goddess of Fidelity,' Loki says.
'And?'
'And she is one of Amora's mortal enemies.'
'Because of you?'
'Not everything's my fault, Savannah.'
'Yes, but most things are.'
'That's a cruel thing to say.'
'No, Loki, seriously, stop evading my question.'
'It wasn't a question, actually. Technically, it was a command.'
'Smart-arse,' she says, and hits him upside the head.
'Yes,' he sighs, rubbing his head, 'Because of me. I'm not sure why, but Sigyn is infatuated with me, and she's bitterly jealous, and overprotective.'
'So both Sigyn and Amora are obsessed with you?'
'I suppose so. Except Sigyn took it a few steps further. She engineered a plot to get me exiled from Asgard, and whilst I was gone, she went around telling everybody that we were married.'
'And they believed her?'
'Yes. When I returned, I didn't realise at first what had transpired, until an offhand comment by Thor exposed her. But nobody believed me when I tried to tell them the truth, because Sigyn had also said that I refused to acknowledge our marriage.'
'What happened?'
'Eventually, I got Heimdall to prove her a liar. She was exiled, and I haven't seen her since. Why do you ask?'
'Because she's coming back.'
'What?'
'I overheard a few of the servants talking about it. Odin only exiled her for a century, and apparently, her exile ends in about two weeks.'
'What?'
'Are you angry with me?'
'Why would I be angry with you, Savannah?'
'Because you look all moody again.'
He laughed at that-
'No, I couldn't be angry with you, my love, not ever. I'm just worried that she might try something again.'
'Let her try,' Savannah said, a determined look on her face.
At least, it was, until Loki pulled her into a tight embrace, and kissed her as urgently as he would if he'd heard Ragnarök was coming.
