The first thing Savannah does when she sees Loki is incredibly cliched. First, she slaps him as hard as she can across the face, and then kisses him. Not a normal, kiss on the cheek/forehead, but a full-blown, full-frontal snog.
'Sorry,' she says, slightly sheepishly, 'I've always wanted to do that.'
'What was that for?' he asked, blinking rapidly.
'The slap,' she said, 'Was for leaving me.'
Loki just stares at her, dazed, his green eyes not quite focussing.
'And the kiss?' he murmurs.
'Because I've always wanted to do that, too.'
Loki blinks again, and Savannah smirks.
'I-,' he starts to say something, but Savannah blocks him off, with yet another kiss.
'And that one?' he splutters.
'Because you look so sweet when you're all confused, and stuff.'
Savannah's about to kiss him again, because the feel of his lips against hers is everything she'd ever imagined, and more than she could ever have dreamed. But, of course, they are interrupted. By an easily excited God of Thunder. Silently, Savannah curses the Fates, and she's sure that Loki is glaring at Thor with all the vindictiveness he can muster. And is it her, or is Thor's hair turning pink?
'Yes, Thor?' she says impatiently.
'Brother!' Thor exclaims, completely ignoring the sexual tension in the air, 'You are found!'
'So I am, Thor. Thank you for pointing that out.'
Thor seems a little taken aback by their sudden hostility, but eventually the little gears in his head do some clicking and whirring, and he stares between the two of them, a look of horror on his face.
'Sorry,' he says, 'I did not realise.'
'Yes, well-' Loki begins to say, but he's taken by surprise at his brother's lewd grin.
'Mother expects you two back by supper-time,' he says, and disappears without another word.
'Now, where were we?' Savannah says, half-teasing, half-seducing (she hopes).
'At the fun part,' Loki says, with his signature smirk, and, before Savannah even knows what's about to happen, Loki's scooped her into his arms, and they're practically eating each other's faces off.
'About time,' Frigga says, from the safety of the Watchtower, and thanks Heimdall for showing her, before leaving the pair alone.
They deserve some privacy, after all.
Loki and Savannah don't return until well after dawn the next day.
