(The picture is from the Goofy Movie with Goofy's son, Max. If you've never seen it, get it and watch the second one on Netflix. I cried watching the second one.)

"Ok. Books check, clothes check, dresses check, phone check, Trumpet check, notebook check, and $239.89, check", you said as you shoved everything in your suit case (except your phone and money, including change). Ally watched you and giggled to herself. "What?" You asked. "I played the French Horn and heaved a giant case around an you have a small Trumpet only", she laughed. You rolled your eyes. Ariel came in with Donnie and he set her in Ally's arms. "Don't do anything stupid", he said. "Donnie!!" Ally said and smacked his arm. He rubbed it as you laughed.

Disneyland was amazing so far. Right now you were backstage with Bert who wouldn't stop chasing Gerald, your bff's boyfriend, around with a water bottle. They called your school on the intercom and you walked up. You walked out with Bert and he sat at the Piano. You cleared your throat.

Folks, we finally got our headline.
"Newsies Crushed as Bulls Attack"
Crutchie's calling me,
Dumb crip's just too damn slow.
Guys are fightin', bleedin' fallin'
thanks to good ole' Captain Jack.
Captain Jack just wants to close his eyes and go.
Let me go.
Far away.
Somewhere they won't ever find me, and tomorrow won't remind me of today.
And the city's finally sleepin'.
And the moon looks old and grey.
I get on a train thats bound for Santa Fe.
And I'm gone.
And I'm done.
No more running. No more lying.
No more fat old man denying me my pay.
Just a moon so big and yellow, it turns night right into day.
Dreams come true. Yeah they do. In Santa Fe.
Where does it say you gotta live and die here?
Where does it say a guy can't catch a break?
Why should you only take what you're given?
Why should you spend your whole life living trapped where there ain't no future.
Even at 17. Breaking your back for someone else's sake.
If the life don't seem to suit you, how about a change of scene?
Far from the lousy headlines and the deadlines in between.
Santa Fe, my old friend.
I can't spend my whole life dreaming.
Though I know thats all I seem inclined to do.
I ain't getting any younger.
And I wanna start brand new.
I need space. And fresh air.
Let 'em laugh in my face. I don't care.
Save my place. I'll be there.
Just be real is all I'm asking.
Not some painting in my head.
Cause I'm dead if I can't count on you today.
I got nothing if I ain't got Santa Fe.

The crowd cheered as you and Bert ran off stage. The rest of the class joined for a final performance called, "Aroud The World With Disney."

When you wish upon a star
Makes no difference who you are
Anything your heart desires
Will come to you

The second star to the right
Shines in the night for you
And if it's Never Land you need
It's light will lead you there

The seaweed is always greener
In somebody else's lake
You dream about going up there
But that is a big mistake
Just look at the world around you
Right here on the ocean floor
Such wonderful things surround you
What more is you lookin' for?

Under the sea
Under the sea
Darling it's better
Down where it's wetter
Take it from me
Up on the shore they work all day
Out in the sun they slave away

That's why it's hotter
Under the water
Tell me we in luck here
Down in the muck here
Under the sea

I'm gonna be a mighty king
So enemies beware!
Well, I've never seen a king of beasts
With quite so little hair
I'm gonna be the mane event
Like no king was before
I'm brushing up on looking down
I'm working on my ROAR
Thus far, a rather uninspiring thing
Oh, I just can't wait to be king!
Oh, I just can't wait to be king!
Oh, I just can't wait to be king!

Zooby zoo Zabby zob zwee dap zwee
Zwe Dap zwe doo,
Zabwe dap sooby doo dapa swee wab zee doo da ba doo dz ba da ba doo Zwe Dap Zwe

Oh, oobee doo
I wanna be like you
I wanna walk like you
Talk like you, too
You'll see it's true
An ape like me
Can learn to be humen too

Salagadoola mechicka boola bibbidi-bobbidi-boo
Put 'em together and what have you got

Salagadoola means mechicka booleroo
But the thingmabob that does the job is

Just a little change
Small to say the least
Both a little scared
Neither one prepared
Beauty and the Beast

What would I give if I could live out of these waters?
What would I pay to spend a day warm on the sand?
Bet'cha on land they understand
Bet they don't reprimand their daughters
Bright young women, sick of swimmin'
Ready to stand

Out there
Where they all live unaware
What I'd give (What I'd give)
What I'd dare (What I'd dare)
Just to live one day out there

A whole new world
That's where we'll be
A thrilling chase
A wondress place
For you and me

The crowd was at a standing ovation!! You bowed. Bert leaned over. "Nice job", he said and kissed your cheek. You blushed and walked off stage with him. The next day at Disneyland, you carried your Trumpet case in hand and stopped near the Jazz area in New Orleans Square.  You pulled out your Trumpet and started playing with them. The people around you started to clap the rhythm.

When you got home, you were greeted with showers of hugs as Bert bashful lay met your family. And Casey. And Ollie.
