Picture is Beckett(4 months pregnant.)

Signs about graduation next week were everywhere. I couldn't get away from them. Honestly I don't wanna graduate, school is about the only security I have in my life at the moment. I don't even wanna think about losing that. I heard a person lean against the locker next to me and looking over I saw Derek there. I smiled and shut my locker.

"How're you and little Beckett today?"he asked taking my things from me.

"We're fine, and you know I can carry my own stuff. I'm pregnant, not helpless." I said grabbing my things back.

"I never said that. I just wanna make sure, as your best friend, that you're comfortable." He said taking my stuff once again. I just huffed at this point because I know I'm not gonna win.

"Well my feet kinda hurt if you wanna go ahead and carry me," I said with a sly smile. Derek didn't even say anything, just laughed at me. We walked to lunch together in a comfortable silence. I missed these kind of moments with Derek, and it's nice that they're coming back.

"So we're adults in like a week. How does that make you guys feel?" Meghan asked from across the table.

"Eww stop talking about it. I don't wanna grow up at all." Matt said eating his canned ravioli.

Meghan snorted and looked over at him,"yeah I think we noticed." The whole table laughed as he continued to eat.

"Hey Cole, you wanna leave early? There's something I need to talk to you about." Pearson said looking over at me. Instead of talking I just shook my head. Pearson and I said our goodbyes and headed out to his car. Once we settled into the car, we took off towards "our" house.

"So what'd you need to talk about pear?" I asked turning down the radio.

"So mom and dad are still moving, but they told me that since the house is paid off, they'd sign it over to us after we graduate, and I was wondering how you'd feel about moving in with just us in the house?" He asked sounding a little nervous.

"Oh my gosh are you serious? That'd be perfect!" I said bouncing in my seat.

"Yeah Hun, it's ours."

Cole's been asleep for about an hour now, and I just can't find it in me to wake him up. He was so peaceful in there sprawled out across the bed. I had to go buy him some sweatpants the other day because he was still trying to wear his old jeans.

"Hey pear, I don't feel so go...," Cole mumbled as he collapsed on the kitchen floor. I ran over to make sure he was ok and immediately started to panic.

I picked up the phone and dialed 911, " hello? I need an ambulance at 248 Mallory dr. My boyfriend collapsed in the kitchen!"

"Help is on their way sir. Please try to stay calm," the operator said over the phone.

"I can't he's 4 months pregnant l, and he hit the floor. Please tell them to hurry!" I frantically yelled into the phone.

"It'll be ok sir. Is there any evidence of bleeding or head contusions?"

"No, but he's starting to get a bruise on his cheek. He hit the ground pretty hard. I'm scared."

Just as I went to talk again, the door began being banged on.

"Hello! It's the Sharon county emergency response team!"

I immediately swung the door open for them. They rushed in and started inspecting Cole, who was still unconscious. Then another man came in with a stretcher and they lifted Cole away and rolled him out. I jumped in my car and hauled ass after the ambulance as it weaved in and out of traffic.

When it finally arrived at the hospital, I sprinted in the lobby and immediately gave them Cole's name. One I got his room number, I rushed through the halls until I came to his room. I hesitated outside the door for a minute before pushing it open. My baby was still out, but now he was hooked up to several machines. The constant beeping was enough to drive anyone mad. He looked so pale and, as much as I hated to say it, lifeless.

"What happened?" Mrs. Murrel gasped as she came in around me. She was in tears and soon followed by a teary eyed Dylan. They both looked just as scared as I did.

"He was asleep in the bedroom, and when he woke up, he came in the kitchen and just collapsed. I have no idea what's wrong."

The doctor came in a little bit later. We all jumped up as soon as the door was closed.

"Well, what's wrong with my baby boy? Is he gonna be ok?" Mrs. Murrel questioned very quickly.

"Im dr. Avery, and well, The baby is sitting in an awkward position and he's cutting off circulation to his brain. We'll have to do a neonatal procedure to move his position to make sure he doesn't get back there. We'll have to act soon or it may be fatal for Cole," the doctor said solemnly. Doctor Avery left and said he'd back with his team shortly.

I leaned down and kissed Cole's head and rubbed his hand.

His mom was crying and Dylan had to leave the room.

"It's all gonna be alright boys," I said rubbing his stomach, " daddy's here Beckett."

   Please keep them safe God.
