*1 month later*
So, it's been about a month since Jack had come over for dinner, and I think that my Dad and Uncles don't mind him.
Of course they still don't want me to date, but they do like him as my friend.
Oh yeah... I forgot to mention that we are dating!
*Flashback to the dinner.*
Dinner had just finished, and Jack and I were cleaning up the table.
"Hey Dad, we're going to go out back." I said to him.
"No. I don't want you two alone out back." Dad said.
"Dad. We'll be back in five minutes. I promise." I said.
He was about to protest, but I just grabbed Jacks hand and pulled him out back.
We sat in the grass, and looked up at the stars. It's that time of year when it starts getting darker earlier.
"I really like you." Jack said, looking over at me. I smiled.
"I like you too." I said.
He scooted closer to me, and I laid my head in his shoulder.
He put his arm around me, and kissed my forehead. I just melted.
"Evelyn, the past month or so that I have known you, I have liked you. Ever since my eyes landed on you in the tattoo shop, I knew then, that we would some how get to know each other. I was nervous to ask for your number. I may have seemed like I wasn't, but I was. What I'm trying to say... Is that I will never regret this tattoo, because the day I got the tattoo, I met you. Evelyn... Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked.
"Oh my gosh.. Yes." I said, giving him a big hug.
"Awe.. That was so sweet!" I heard someone say.
I turned around and saw Uncle Niall standing there.
"U-Uncle Niall..." I stuttered.
"Don't worry. I won't tell your Dad or Uncles." He said. He winked, and walked back into the house.
"Thank god." I whispered, hugging Jack.
*End of flashback*
That was probably one of the best night of my life.
"Dad! Today's the day!" I yelled, running into the living room.
"What day?" He asked. I sighed and rolled my eyes.
"The day I get my phone and stuff back! After a whole month of torture." I said to him.
He rolled his eyes, and went upstairs. He came back down with all of my electronics and handed them to me.
"Here. Now, I don't want you to pull another stunt like that. Clear?" Dad asked. I nodded my head.
"Yup." I said. I got up, and ran upstairs to my room.
I plugged everything in, and waited for my phone to turn on. Once it did, it was blown up with notifications.
I just sat there and watched it buzz a million times. I'm not joking when I say I waited at least five minutes.
I opened my phone, and saw the usual texts from some of my friends and family.
I answered them, and then went to text Jack.
