[In this fanfic Josh is 21, not 27, and Brooklyn is 18, coming close to 19.  Josh and Tyler are famous.
Brooklyn lives in Seattle and Josh lives in Los Angeles, although he was still born in Ohio.
I will not be proof reading this so I'm sorry for any mistakes.
Disclaimer: I do not own Josh Dun or Tyler Joseph (although I do wish I did). This story may have some true facts about them in it, but for the most part it's made up.

"I don't know," I sigh. "I just don't feel like going out. I mean, we were together for a little over a year and suddenly out of the blue he wants to break up. I just feel like I wouldn't have fun and I don't want to make you have a bad time just because I am. You should take someone else. I mean you really love this band so it's not like having me there is going to make it a ton better, you'll have fun without me. I just don't feel like going."

"Please? It would be awesome if you came, and it would help take your mind off of Ethan." My best friend, Rebekah, pleaded.

"You do not quit, do you? Whatever, I guess I'll go." I say, throwing my hands up in defeat.

Rebekah is obsessed with this band called Twenty One Pilots and she bought two tickets to their concert before even asking me if I wanted to go with her.

"Yay," she squeals. "this is going to be so much fun!"

I sigh, "I've never even heard any of their songs though."

Rebekah's dad pulls into the driveway and she picks up her things. "Look them up on YouTube. Oh, and by the way... the concerts tomorrow at seven PM. I'll pick you up at like six, bye!" She says, then walks out the door.

Seeing how it's getting pretty late I decide to just go to bed and skip looking them up on YouTube.

I brush my teeth, wash my face, and change into pajamas.

Oh, I should probably pick out an outfit for tomorrow.

I grab some black skinny jeans, a black tank top and a red flannel. That should be good, it'll be a bit cold here in Seattle tomorrow.

I pull the big fluffy duvet over me, tonight actually seems pretty good considering I just broke up with my boyfriend. I feel like I should be sad, but I feel more free now that we've separated.

I look out the window just as rain starts to sprinkle on it. I close my eyes and think about tomorrow, I'm actually excited for this concert.
