I had more good ideas for raps. I stayed up late at night on my iPhone on the notes app. Writing. Telling stories about my life. No lies, no fibs.  All real stuff. I went to school the next day after we we're robbed even though I was pretty shaken up.

I saw JJ and T bone. Gave them dap and posted in the hallway for a minute. "Waasup wit u brahh? U straight?" t bone asked. I then replied "Shit man. My crib got robbed, by my dad.. though my own dad. He was high off the shit and.. " I exhaled. JJ said " Keep ya head up bro" T bone then said "Yea man come on"

We walked to class. We were late and our teach Mr. Bennett was not happy. He was in his 60s. What else I'd there to say. " What the hell y'all doing late! " he yelled. "Fuck up old man" t bone argued back.  As the whole class laughed. Mr Bennett frowned and shook his head. Sat down and finished reading. I then looked at t bone in disgust. Even if it was a bit funny. I was always more mature than all my peers around me. I thought more, 10 steps ahead. I even read. Reading..for a teenager in 2015. Chuckling to myself. I began to read on my phone on the wattpad app.

I had under the table so no one would know it was an iPhone 4s and so they wouldn't know I was reading. The 4s was out datted,  they have already got a 6 plus out. I would be embarrassed if anyone but JJ and T bone knew. Everyone else had the 5 or 6 and if they found out I was reading I thought they would think I was janky, Or lame. No one read besides the nerds in school ..well and me.

"REAL niggas stimulate they mind from time to time" I said to myself, Smiling. When school was over I saw Sandy and kissed her soft lips. She said "Babe, I missed you today" making a cute little sad face. When I looked into her eyes her freckles took my breathe away. I kissed her putting my tounge in her mouth and we went to my house.

On the walk home I sung her some raps I wrote down in class. She smiled as she noticed the girl in the song was her. She said " Aww babyyyy" as I walked her through my Hood. I spoke to some of the OGs and we went in my house. She never said it. But I knew she would think I'm a slob.

This was her first time coming in. My room wasn't junky but it wasn't clean, but my baby never judged me even as best friends. She was just so sweet. "Baby I gotta clean up for you " she said. I smiled and kissed her. " Well.. shit get the cleaning girl" I replied. She laughed and we cuddled as I put on Netflix from my big tv. It had a "fat back" as in it wasn't a flat screen but it was okay I didn't complain about things.

"We actually watched Netflix and chilled without sex" she said chuckling. I said I wouldn't speak to soon" grabbing her ass. She then got a straight innocent face and say on top of me and said "Baby I want you to know that I am madly in love with you .." she paused as my eyes widen. " Your , light brown eyes, your hilarious personality..  your lightskinned big di.." I then pulled her face closer to mine, and began to kiss her neck and she smiled and kissed my lips.

That was the first time she ever told me she loved me, and I knew by the sparkle in her eye.. that she was serious. I then swallowed and said "I love you too baby girl " rubbing her booty until she fell asleep on top of me. I said to myself "Man I love this girl, wouldn't trade her for the world"
She smiled waking up and said "My man" I felt like the world didn't matter anymore, like it revolved around me and her.

Then and there I knew I wanted this girl to have my babies. Thinking To myself how I'm going to get out of this shit.  I then stare into my window and hear the sounds of New York take over my mind, making me overthink until I doze off , holding Sandy .

I drove home from work. I had a pretty good day. But traffic was horrible like always so I decided to stop by my uncle Joe's chili place. Had a cup of tea with him. "I missed you uncle j!" I said. He smiled and said " I miss you too Derricka ..how's little Derrick?"
"He's doing alright" I explained , how we we're just robbed.

Uncle Joe then pulled out 500$ out of his pocket and said not a word and handed it to me. I then got so excited, and thanked him " Uncle Joe! Were okay..  I..  we just need ah little time to get caught back up " I said. He shook his head "nonsense" he explained. I then kissed his head and left.  Uncle Joe wasnt really my uncle . We actually we're sweethearts in college. Funny isn't it?

I call him uncle joe only because we aren't on that sweetheart level anymore,  all good things come to a end. I exhale hard, while I reminisce about my childhood. I then pull up home.  I walk into Derricks room to check on him. He was knocked out with that little girlfriend of his.

I smiled and close the door shut. I then have a flashback of when me and Joe went over each others house.  My momma beat my ass when she caught us.  But she was a drunk and I tell Derrick "As long as u have good grades I don't care what you do baby" My baby becoming a man. I smiled as I run a bath and soak away.
