The Night Before Forever........

The house was unusually quiet for the Xiao family.
Too quiet.

In their shared room, Zhan sat on the edge of his bed, knees pulled up, chewing the inside of his cheek. Cheng paced back and forth like a malfunctioning robot.

"T-tomorrow," Zhan whispered.

Cheng stopped. "Tomorrow."

Silence.

Then both groaned into their pillows at the same time.

"Why am I suddenly forgetting how to breathe?" Zhan whined.

"I forgot how to EXIST!" Cheng yelled into the blanket.

Their phones buzzed simultaneously.

Yibo → Baby, breathe. You'll faint before reaching the altar.
Kuan → Stop panicking, sweetheart. I can hear your anxiety from miles away.

Zhan immediately video-called Yibo.
Cheng did the same with Kuan.

"Love," Yibo said gently, "you've handled book tours and public speaking. You can handle walking toward me."

Zhan hid his face. "It's not the walking... it's you."

Yibo's voice softened. "I'll be there. Holding you with my eyes the whole time."

Meanwhile, Kuan held up a small handwritten note. "Cheng, tomorrow is just the first day of the rest of our life. I'm proud of you."

Cheng melted instantly.

Before the sweetness could get cheesier, the door burst open.

"BOYS!" Xiao Lu marched in, hands on hips. "Why aren't you downstairs? Guests are arriving!"

Mrs. Xiao poked her head in. "Are my soon-to-be married sons hiding?"

Zhan squeaked. Cheng froze.

Xiao Lu smirked. "What is this? Pre-wedding panic club?"

Mrs. Xiao pinched their cheeks. "Ah, look at them! One is trembling, the other looks like he swallowed a shoe."

"MOM, JIE!" both screamed.

Chaos exploded-pillows flying, Xiao Lu laughing, Mrs. Xiao declaring herself the "official cuteness inspector."

But the teasing worked.

By the time they were dragged downstairs, Zhan and Cheng were still nervous-
but smiling.

Wedding Morning.......💕

The wedding morning arrived faster than Zhan and Cheng expected.

Both stood in front of the mirror in their shared room, hands trembling as they tried to fix their ties. Zhan kept swallowing nervously, while Cheng paced like a panicked cat.

Ziyi and Yubin were busy fussing over them-straightening their collars, brushing off imaginary dust, fixing every detail with proud, emotional smiles.

"You two look perfect," ziyi said warmly.

"Perfectly terrified," Xiao Lu added as she barged in with a grin. "Relax! You're not going to war-you're getting married!"

Zhan covered his face. "That doesn't help!"

Cheng let out a squeaky, "I think my legs forgot how to function..."

Xiao Lu pinched their cheeks mercilessly. "My little brothers, breathe. Your grooms love you. You're ready."

Their nervousness slowly eased-replaced by shy smiles.

Just then, Mr. Xiao stepped into the room.
"The Wangs are ready downstairs," he announced gently. "It's time."
