The alarms in Yeonjun's brain rang. He immediately jumped a far distance away from Beomgyu, knowing his state.

Beomgyu was bloodthirsty. And from the amount of black coating his red eyes, he was EXTREMELY hungry for blood.

"Beomgyu... do you hear me?" Yeonjun asked.

"Yeah, why do you ask?

Beomgyu sounded extremely pressed and hungry.

"Because you need blood, and your senses are overly sharp and needy."

"I know."

Beomgyu stared at Yeonjun.

"You'll give me your blood, right?"

"No."

Yeonjun didn't know what would happen if Beomgyu drinks his blood; he may either go insane, or actually keep his consciousness going.

Should he?

Shortly after, he got his answer.

It'll be better for him; vampire blood can calm you down, especially when they're newborn. But after that, he'll need actual human blood.

Yeonjun chuckled.

Oh he will.

"Who are you talking to?" Beomgyu asked.

"Your interdimensional mind communication seems to have already developed. You're developing so quickly for a vampire."

"Thank you. Now..."

Beomgyu stood up.

"GIVE ME BLOOD!"

"Calm down."

Yeonjun swooped down to the floor, grabbed the knife that was laying on the floor, and raised it over his forearm. At that moment, Beomgyu snapped out of his bloodthirsty state.

"Don't harm yourself!"

"I won't."

Yeonjun slit the knife into his forearm, letting blood run down. Upon seeing it, Beomgyu zoomed to him and immediately began sucking.

For how long? Yeonjun asked.

A minute, and no longer than that, Yuju's voice replied.

For the next minute, Beomgyu was just busy sucking the blood away.

Yeonjun could keep himself stable, as he didn't have a sense of blood sugar anymore (and also because he was still pretty full from killing a bunch of vampires a month ago).

Finally, Beomgyu was done, and collapsed to the floor, gasping for air.

"That was tougher than expected," he said.

"I told you."

Yeonjun licked his skin clean with his tongue.

"Did I hurt you?" Beomgyu asked.

"Nope. The vampires who nearly shredded me hurt even more."

For the next hour, Yeonjun and Beomgyu just sat on the floor, talking about their skills.

"So... you can erase the memories of someone?" Beomgyu asked.

"Mhm. And because I turned you, and you're my partner, you have the opposite of it: you can restore someone's memories, except your own. Same as how I can't erase my own memories."
